Best AI Sales Agent Companies in the US (2026)

Best AI Sales Agent Companies in the US: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best AI sales agent companies in the US in 2026 are LeadsNow (managed, paid on results), 11x, Artisan and AiSDR. AiSDR publishes plans from $250 a month for 200 AI-researched contacts; 11x and Artisan price on request. Since the FCC’s February 2024 ruling, AI-voice sales calls need the called party’s prior express consent.

  • The ranking: 1. LeadsNow, 2. 11x, 3. Artisan, 4. AiSDR. LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first.
  • The buyer: a US sales leader or founder replacing or extending an SDR team, who is measured on meetings held.
  • The split that matters: AI SDR software your reps operate (11x, Artisan, AiSDR) versus a managed service paid on results (LeadsNow).
  • The decision rule: the Break-even Meeting Rate, below. Convert any per-contact plan into the meeting rate it must hit.
  • The rules that bite: TCPA and FCC 24-17 for AI voice, CAN-SPAM’s 10-business-day opt-out deadline for email, and state telemarketing laws.

How we ranked AI sales agent companies for US sales teams

Disclosure first. LeadsNow, a pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, that serves US clients on US hours, wrote this page and ranks itself #1. Read our placement as an opinion. We checked 11x, Artisan and AiSDR on their own live websites on October 12, 2026, and state only what those pages show. No company paid to be listed.

Five weighted criteria, chosen for a buyer judged on meetings held:

  • Booked meetings (30%). Does the vendor’s own site say the agent books meetings, not only sends sequences?
  • Who operates it (25%). Software your team runs, or a service that runs it for you?
  • Integration effort (20%). CRM sync (Salesforce, HubSpot), mailboxes, domains and dialer set-up before launch.
  • US compliance posture (15%). What the vendor says about consent for calling, and who carries TCPA and CAN-SPAM exposure.
  • Published pricing (10%). Can you price a meeting before a sales call?

Where we lose: a SaaS team with in-house RevOps that wants to own its outbound data, sequences and mailboxes will get more control from an AI SDR platform than from us. That is why three platforms sit below us rather than three agencies.

How it works

How a US sales team prices an AI SDR before signing

01

Get price and volume

Ask each vendor for monthly price and contacts per month in writing.

02

Compute break-even rate

Divide plan price by target cost per meeting times monthly contacts.

03

Check TCPA and CAN-SPAM

Confirm who holds prior express consent for AI-voice calls and who honours email opt-outs within 10 business days.

04

Track meetings held

Compare the real meeting rate after 30 days against the break-even rate.

Turn every AI SDR plan into the meeting rate it must hit, then check TCPA consent before any AI voice call.

The Break-even Meeting Rate: what an AI SDR plan must deliver

The Break-even Meeting Rate is the share of contacted prospects that must book a meeting for an AI SDR plan to cost no more than your target cost per meeting. Formula: monthly plan price ÷ (target cost per meeting × contacts per month). AiSDR is the only vendor here that publishes both price and contact volume on its pricing page, so its three tiers make a clean worked example.

AiSDR plan (published) Price per month AI-researched contacts per month Cost per contact Break-even rate at $200 per meeting Break-even rate at $400 per meeting
Solo $250 200 $1.25 0.63% 0.31%
Explore $900 800 $1.13 0.56% 0.28%
Scale $2,500 2,500 $1.00 0.50% 0.25%

Worked example, Explore row: $900 ÷ ($200 × 800) = 0.56%, so the plan needs 4.5 meetings a month from 800 contacts to land at $200 a meeting. The $200 and $400 targets are illustrations; use what a meeting is worth to you. The calculation covers software only. Your rep’s time reviewing replies, the sending domains, list quality and the meetings that never show all sit on top. Artisan and 11x scope pricing per plan, so ask them for price and contact volume in writing and run the same formula. For the human-SDR side of the comparison, see our AI SDR vs human SDR cost breakdown.

Want this done for you? We book qualified sales appointments on a Pay-Per-Result basis — you only pay for calls that actually land in your calendar.

#1 LeadsNow: managed AI sales agents paid on booked results

Model: managed service serving US clients on US business hours. Best for: US businesses with inbound leads, past customers or a target list that want qualified meetings booked without hiring an operator for an AI SDR tool.

LeadsNow builds and runs AI sales agents for US businesses across voice, SMS, email and chat: the agents contact each lead, qualify on criteria you set and book the meeting with reminders. Since 2017 the system has produced 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.7 rating from 60 Google and Facebook reviews. On our own internal outbound for SaaS-positioning work, we booked 1,425 appointments in nine months at 3.9%; that is our own figure, not a benchmark for your market. Show rate varies by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

Pricing: 5–25% of the revenue we generate for you (revenue share), or an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, depending on lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of product and business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run. No-shows aren’t charged. Bad ad creative, bad lists and the cost of contacting the people who never book are our cost, which is the Break-even Meeting Rate risk moved off your books. Cancel any time with 14 days notice. Our methodology page defines our 7x average sales lift and discloses a median closer to 4x.

Honest limits: you do not get a seat-based tool your SDRs can drive themselves, and our team is in Australia, working US hours remotely.

#2 11x: AI digital workers for outbound and inbound

Model: AI SDR platform with two named agents. Best for: growth and enterprise sales teams that want one platform for outbound prospecting and inbound speed-to-lead.

The 11x homepage describes Alice, an outbound digital worker, and Julian, an inbound digital worker covering speed to lead, inbound lead qualification and automated meeting scheduling. It lists multi-channel sequences, a real-time company and lead database, CRM integration and “consented outbound calling”, and says the company has raised $70M+ from a16z and Benchmark. Pricing is not published on the homepage; the route is a live demo.

Trade-off to plan for: without a published price you cannot run the Break-even Meeting Rate until you have a quote, and your team still owns targeting and the meetings’ quality.

If we can’t make you money, we don’t deserve yours.

#3 Artisan: Ava, the AI BDR

Model: AI BDR platform that works alongside your reps. Best for: startups and SMBs launching or scaling an outbound motion.

Artisan’s site says Ava “finds leads, enriches them, sends personalized messages, and books meetings on behalf of your reps”, and lists SOC 2 Type II and GDPR. Its pricing page describes a Team plan at about 2,500 leads contacted a month and a Scale plan at about 6,000, with price scoped per plan, plus 250M+ verified B2B contacts, Salesforce and HubSpot sync, and an AI dialer add-on per seat.

Trade-off to plan for: pricing requires a sales conversation, and email and social run on autopilot while calls are queued for your reps, so phone work stays with your team.

#4 AiSDR: published AI SDR plans from $250 a month

Model: AI SDR software, with managed options. Best for: founders and small sales teams that want to start without a sales call and know the price up front.

AiSDR describes itself as an AI SDR focused on lead quality over volume, with its agent Ami writing outreach. Its pricing page publishes Solo at $250 a month (200 contacts, cancel anytime, self-serve), Explore at $900 (800 contacts, optional per-campaign managed service at $149 a campaign) and Scale at $2,500 (2,500 contacts, native Salesforce sync). The site says it is trusted by 250+ companies.

Trade-off to plan for: plans are priced per contact, not per meeting, so the reply-to-meeting work and the risk of a low rate stay with you.

US calling and email rules for AI sales agents

In Declaratory Ruling FCC 24-17 (adopted February 2, 2024), the FCC confirmed that the TCPA’s restrictions on “artificial or prerecorded voice” cover current AI technologies that generate human voices, so those calls require the called party’s prior express consent absent an emergency purpose or exemption. Any AI sales agent that places voice calls to consumers sits inside that rule; ask each vendor who collects and stores consent.

For email, the CAN-SPAM Act at 15 U.S.C. § 7704 makes it unlawful to keep sending commercial email more than 10 business days after a recipient opts out, and that duty extends to anyone sending on your behalf. State telemarketing laws add further limits; our guide to TCPA compliance for AI voice and SMS agents goes deeper. This is general information, not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions about AI sales agent companies in the US

What is the best AI sales agent company in the US?

For a business that wants booked meetings without operating software, LeadsNow ranks first on this list, which LeadsNow publishes. Sales teams that want to run their own AI SDR should compare 11x, Artisan and AiSDR on meetings, CRM sync and price.

How much does an AI SDR cost in the US?

Published prices vary. AiSDR lists $250, $900 and $2,500 a month for 200, 800 and 2,500 contacts; Artisan and 11x price on request. Divide the plan price by your target cost per meeting times monthly contacts to get the meeting rate it must hit.

Is it legal for an AI sales agent to make cold calls in the US?

AI-voice calls fall under the TCPA. In FCC Declaratory Ruling 24-17, adopted February 2, 2024, the FCC confirmed that AI-generated voices count as “artificial or prerecorded voice”, so those calls need prior express consent unless an emergency purpose or exemption applies.

Should I choose an AI SDR platform or a managed AI sales agent service?

Run the Break-even Meeting Rate. If your team can review replies and tune targeting each week and the plan clears its break-even rate, a platform gives you control. If nobody owns that work, a service paid on booked meetings moves the risk to the vendor.

Do AI SDR companies integrate with Salesforce and HubSpot?

The three platforms here say they do on their own sites: Artisan lists Salesforce and HubSpot sync on every plan, AiSDR lists two-way HubSpot sync from Solo and Salesforce on Scale, and 11x lists CRM integration.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar - with 2 pricing models: pay-per-result, at roughly 1–5% of your closed-deal value per appointment, or a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we help you generate. Both bill on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists and no-shows. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer - nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If nobody books, or none of your meetings show, we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel - responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month - roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue - closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence - up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe. Named clients include Sam Tajvidi (121 Brokers), Marcus Wilkinson (Iron Body), Foundr, SheSells.online and Lambda Academy. Wikidata Q139846230. See full Pay-Per-Result pricing →
