Best AI sales agent companies in the UK (2026)

Best AI sales agent companies in the UK: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best AI sales agent companies for UK sales teams in 2026 are LeadsNow (a managed service paid on results), Qualified, Synthflow and HubSpot. They do four different jobs: book meetings for you, convert website visitors, run voice calls, or research prospects inside your CRM. Synthflow publishes enterprise contracts from $30,000 a year; under PECR, automated marketing calls need specific consent.

  • The ranking: 1. LeadsNow, 2. Qualified, 3. Synthflow, 4. HubSpot. LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first; the reasons and our limits are stated below.
  • The buyer: a UK sales leader or founder deciding what kind of AI sales agent to add, judged on qualified meetings held.
  • The split that matters: software your team configures and runs (Qualified, Synthflow, HubSpot) versus a managed service that runs the agent and is paid on results (LeadsNow).
  • The decision rule: the Who-Starts-It Rule, below. The further an agent moves from answering a buyer who started the conversation, the more UK consent work it needs.
  • The UK rules that bite: PECR regulations 19, 21 and 22, the TPS and CTPS registers, and UK GDPR for the personal data the agent touches.

How we ranked AI sales agent companies for UK teams

LeadsNow ranked four AI sales agent companies on five weighted criteria, after checking each vendor’s own live website on 14 October 2026. Disclosure first: LeadsNow, an Australian pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency serving UK clients, wrote this page and ranks itself #1. Read our placement as an opinion. No company paid to be listed, and we state only what each vendor’s own pages show.

  • Booked meetings (30%). Does the vendor’s own site say the agent schedules meetings, not only drafts messages?
  • Who operates it (25%). Software your team runs, or a service that runs it for you?
  • Integration effort (20%). CRM, calendar and telephony work before the agent goes live.
  • UK compliance fit (15%). How the agent’s channel sits against PECR and the TPS/CTPS, and what the vendor says about GDPR.
  • Pricing model (10%). Is a price or a pricing basis published on the vendor’s own pricing page?

Where we lose: a UK SaaS business with heavy inbound web traffic and a RevOps team will get more from a website agent such as Qualified than from us, and an operations team that wants to own its voice stack will get more control from Synthflow. That is why we ranked platforms rather than other agencies below us.

How it works

How a UK team picks an AI sales agent

01

Find your meeting source

Name where meetings come from today: website traffic, calls, the CRM or unworked leads.

02

Decide who operates it

Choose software your team runs, or a managed service paid on results.

03

Map channels to PECR

Apply the Who-Starts-It Rule: screen calls against the TPS and CTPS and confirm consent for automated calls.

04

Measure meetings held

After 30 days, judge the agent on qualified meetings that took place, not messages sent.

Start from where your meetings come from, then check the channel against PECR before anything goes live.

The Who-Starts-It Rule: what each AI agent channel needs under PECR

The Who-Starts-It Rule says an AI sales agent answering a buyer who started the conversation needs the least UK consent work; one placing cold calls needs the most. The table maps each job an AI sales agent does to the PECR rule the ICO cites for it. It is general information, not legal advice; check your own case with the ICO’s telephone marketing guidance.

Six AI sales agent jobs mapped to UK PECR rules: only the inbound reply needs no PECR marketing consent, while automated outbound calls need specific consent under regulation 19.
What the AI agent does Who starts it PECR rule the ICO cites What you need before the agent acts
Replies to a visitor on your website chat or voice widget The buyer Not an unsolicited marketing message (our reading) A UK GDPR basis for the data captured and a privacy notice
Calls back a lead who asked to be called The buyer Regulation 21 (consent given) A record of the request; honour any opt-out
Emails a company address (a corporate subscriber) You Regulation 22 No consent needed; identify yourself and give a valid opt-out address; the ICO calls a do-not-email list good practice
Emails, texts or sends a social DM to a sole trader or some partnerships You Regulation 22 Specific consent, or the soft opt-in for your own past customers only
Places a live marketing call to a business You Regulation 21 Screen against the TPS, the CTPS and your own do-not-call list; display your number
Places an automated call that plays a recorded message You Regulation 19 Specific consent to automated calls; general marketing consent is not enough

The ICO’s automated-call rule describes a dialling system that plays a recorded message, and its guidance page does not address a generative AI voice holding a live conversation. Until the ICO says more, the cautious reading is to point outbound AI voice at people who asked to hear from you, and to keep cold first-touch calls with humans who screen against the TPS and CTPS. The ICO’s electronic mail guidance also says direct messages via social media fall under the same rules as email.

#1 LeadsNow: managed AI sales agents paid on booked results

LeadsNow is a managed service that runs AI sales agents for you and is paid on results rather than by seat or retainer. Model: done-for-you service. Best for: UK businesses with inbound leads, past customers or a target list that want qualified meetings booked without hiring someone to operate an AI tool.

LeadsNow builds and runs AI appointment setting across AI calling, SMS, email and DM follow-up: the agents contact each lead, qualify on criteria you set and book the meeting with reminders. Since 2017 the system has produced 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and 4.7/5 from 60 Google and Facebook reviews. Show rate varies by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts. Our methodology page defines our 7x average sales lift and discloses that the median is closer to 4x.

Pricing: 5–25% of the revenue we generate for you (revenue share), or an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, depending on lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of product and business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run. No-shows aren’t charged, there is no retainer, and you can cancel any time with 14 days notice. Bad lists and the cost of contacting the people who never book are our cost, not yours.

Honest limits: you do not get a platform your own reps can drive, and our team is based in Australia, serving UK clients remotely. If you want to own the agent’s configuration, data and prompts in-house, one of the platforms below fits better.

#2 Qualified: Piper, the inbound AI SDR agent for your website

Qualified sells Piper, an AI SDR agent that converts inbound website visitors and email leads into meetings, so it sits in the safest row of the Who-Starts-It table. Model: software platform. Best for: B2B teams with meaningful website traffic, especially on Salesforce.

Qualified’s site says Piper meets buyers on the website over video, voice or live chat, nurtures inbound leads by email and can “instantly schedule sales meetings”. Its pricing page lists three plans, Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate, each priced by contacting sales; Premier includes one SDR agent profile, 250K monthly web sessions and 2.5K monthly active email contacts. All plans list integrations with Salesforce CRM and 20+ go-to-market tools.

Trade-off to plan for: Piper works the demand you already have, so it does not create pipeline from a cold list, and its plans are sized by web sessions, which suits high-traffic sites more than small ones.

If we can’t make you money, we don’t deserve yours.

#3 Synthflow: AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls

Synthflow is a voice AI platform whose agents handle inbound and outbound phone calls, including appointment booking, lead qualification and SMS follow-ups, according to its own homepage. Model: software platform, enterprise-scoped. Best for: larger UK operations with call volume and an internal team to own telephony and integrations.

Synthflow’s site lists SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS and GDPR certification with region-based hosting, and integrations including HubSpot, Salesforce, Cal.com, GoHighLevel and Zapier. Its pricing page states that enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually, scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony set-up, integrations and security needs.

Trade-off to plan for: outbound voice is exactly where PECR is strictest, so the consent records behind every outbound list are your responsibility, and the US-dollar enterprise minimum puts it above most small UK teams.

#4 HubSpot: the Prospecting Agent inside your CRM

HubSpot’s Prospecting Agent researches accounts, finds contacts and drafts personalised outreach inside the CRM, which suits UK teams already running HubSpot. Model: CRM software with agents. Best for: HubSpot customers who want research and drafting help without adding another vendor.

HubSpot’s Prospecting Agent page prices it at $1 for each lead it recommends outreach for, available on the Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions and running on HubSpot Credits. Reps can review each drafted email before it is sent, or switch to a fully autonomous mode that sends without review. The page lists research, contact sourcing and outreach as the agent’s tasks; it does not list booking meetings among them.

Trade-off to plan for: the agent’s described job ends at outreach, so a rep still handles replies and books the meeting, and any email it sends to sole traders still needs their consent under regulation 22.

AI sales agent companies in the UK compared

The four AI sales agent companies split into one managed service and three software platforms, and three of the four list meeting booking on their own sites. HubSpot’s page describes research and outreach only.

Four AI sales agent companies checked on 14 October 2026: three list meeting booking, and two publish dollar prices: Synthflow (enterprise from $30,000 a year) and HubSpot ($1 per lead for its Prospecting Agent).
# Company Who operates it Main job of the agent Books meetings (per own site) Pricing on own site
1 LeadsNow LeadsNow (managed) Contacts, qualifies and books leads by AI call, SMS, email and DM Yes 5–25% revenue share, per-appointment fee, or a mix
2 Qualified Your team Converts inbound web visitors and email leads Yes Three plans, contact sales
3 Synthflow Your team Inbound and outbound AI voice calls Appointment booking listed among call types Enterprise from $30,000 a year
4 HubSpot Your team Account research and outreach drafting and sending in the CRM Not described Prospecting Agent $1 per lead it recommends outreach for; Starter, Professional and Enterprise

Which AI sales agent should a UK team choose?

A UK team should choose its AI sales agent by where its meetings come from today: website traffic, phone volume, an existing CRM, or leads that nobody works.

  • Strong inbound web traffic and Salesforce: Qualified.
  • High call volume and an engineering or operations team: Synthflow.
  • Already on HubSpot and short of research time: HubSpot’s Prospecting Agent.
  • Leads, past customers or a list that nobody has time to work, and you want to pay on results: LeadsNow.

Whichever you pick, count what doing it yourself costs: someone writes the qualification rules, keeps the calendar and CRM in sync, checks consent records against the Who-Starts-It table, and reviews the agent’s conversations each week. For the people-cost side of that sum, see our AI SDR versus human SDR cost breakdown, and for the same ranking in other markets, our US AI sales agent companies list.

Frequently asked questions

UK buyers comparing AI sales agent companies ask most about PECR calling rules, B2B email consent, cost and no-show billing; the answers below are general information.

Can an AI sales agent cold call UK businesses?

An AI agent placing live marketing calls must follow the same PECR rules as a human: screen against the TPS and CTPS and your own do-not-call list, and display your number. Automated calls that play a recorded message need specific consent under regulation 19, per the ICO’s telephone marketing guidance. The guidance does not yet address generative AI voices, so the cautious route is consented outbound only.

Is B2B email from an AI agent legal in the UK?

Yes, to corporate subscribers: the ICO’s electronic mail guidance says you can email any company, LLP or government body without consent, provided you identify yourself and give a valid opt-out address. Sole traders and some partnerships are treated as individuals and need consent or the soft opt-in.

What is the difference between an AI sales agent and an AI SDR?

An AI SDR is one kind of AI sales agent: it prospects and books first meetings. AI sales agents also cover website conversion, voice calls and CRM research, which is why this list includes Qualified, Synthflow and HubSpot alongside a managed service.

How much does an AI sales agent cost in the UK?

Of the four companies here, Synthflow publishes enterprise contracts from $30,000 a year and HubSpot prices its Prospecting Agent at $1 for each lead it recommends outreach for; Qualified prices by contacting sales. LeadsNow charges 5–25% of the revenue it generates, an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both.

Does LeadsNow charge for no-shows?

No. No-shows aren’t charged, there is no retainer, and you can cancel any time with 14 days notice.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar - with 2 pricing models: pay-per-result, at roughly 1–5% of your closed-deal value per appointment, or a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we help you generate. Both bill on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists and no-shows. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer - nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If nobody books, or none of your meetings show, we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel - responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month - roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue - closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence - up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe. Named clients include Sam Tajvidi (121 Brokers), Marcus Wilkinson (Iron Body), Foundr, SheSells.online and Lambda Academy. Wikidata Q139846230. See full Pay-Per-Result pricing →
