The best AI sales agent companies for Australian buyers in 2026 are LeadsNow (managed, paid on results), Relevance AI (Australian platform with an AI BDR agent) and Salesforce Agentforce (CRM-native agents, AU$2.80 per conversation on its Australian price list). Pick by who runs the agent day to day, and whether its outreach clears the Spam Act 2003 and the Do Not Call Register.
- The ranking: 1. LeadsNow, 2. Relevance AI, 3. Salesforce Agentforce. LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first.
- The buyer: a sales leader or founder in Australia who wants qualified meetings on the calendar, not another tool to configure.
- The split that matters: software you operate (Relevance AI, Agentforce) versus a managed service that operates it for you (LeadsNow).
- The decision rule: the Operator Test, below. Price the hours of the person who runs the agent before you compare licence fees.
- The rules that bite: Spam Act 2003 consent and unsubscribe duties, the Do Not Call Register Act 2006, and ACMA enforcement, including a A$702,900 penalty for one retailer in March 2026.
How we ranked AI sales agent companies for Australian buyers
Disclosure first. LeadsNow, a pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency headquartered in Melbourne, wrote this page and ranks itself #1 because we sell the managed version of what this page compares. Read our placement as an opinion. We checked every other company on its own live website on 12 October 2026 and state only what those pages show. No company paid to be listed.
We scored each company on five criteria, weighted for a buyer who wants booked meetings:
- Meetings, not activity (30%). Does the company say, on its own site, that the agent books meetings rather than only sending messages?
- Who runs it (25%). Software your team operates, or a service that operates it for you?
- Integration effort (20%). What has to be connected (CRM, calendar, phone numbers) before the first meeting books?
- Australian compliance fit (15%). Who carries consent, sender identification and Do Not Call washing for Australian numbers?
- Published pricing model (10%). Can you see how you will be charged before a sales call?
Where we lose: if you have a revenue-operations team that wants to build and own agents across sales, support and operations, a platform will serve you better than a managed service. That is why two platforms are on this list.
How it works
How an Australian team chooses an AI sales agent company
Name the operator
Decide whether your team or a managed service will run the agent each week. Price that person’s hours.
Set the Conversation Ceiling
Divide your target cost per booked meeting by the vendor’s usage price. That is how many conversations each meeting can cost.
Clear AU consent rules
Confirm who holds Spam Act consent and who washes lists against the Do Not Call Register.
Measure meetings held
Judge the vendor on qualified meetings that show, not on messages sent.
MAKE MORE SALES.
Pay-Per-Result pricing — We scale sales HARD aligned to your interests, better than anyone else.
The Operator Test: who runs the AI sales agent sets its real cost
The Operator Test says: before comparing AI sales agent prices, add the cost of the person who will build, monitor and correct the agent every week. A platform charges for usage; a managed service charges for results; the platform buyer also pays an operator. Neither is cheaper by default.
The usage side can be put into numbers. Salesforce’s Australian Agentforce pricing page lists customer-facing conversations at AU$2.80 each. That gives a Conversation Ceiling: the most conversations you can afford per booked meeting is your target cost per meeting divided by AU$2.80.
| Target cost per booked meeting (your number) | Formula | Conversation Ceiling (conversations allowed per meeting) |
|---|---|---|
| AU$150 | 150 ÷ 2.80 | 53 |
| AU$300 | 300 ÷ 2.80 | 107 |
| AU$600 | 600 ÷ 2.80 | 214 |
Worked example, middle row: if a booked meeting is worth AU$300 to you, an agent billed at AU$2.80 per conversation must book one meeting in every 107 conversations just to cover usage. Platform licences, Salesforce editions, phone numbers and the operator’s time sit on top. If your operator spends one day a week tuning prompts, reviewing transcripts and fixing CRM sync, that day belongs in the same sum. Our build vs buy breakdown for AI sales systems walks through the hours side in more detail.
Want this done for you? We book qualified sales appointments on a Pay-Per-Result basis — you only pay for calls that actually land in your calendar.
#1 LeadsNow: managed AI sales agents paid on results
Model: managed service, Melbourne-based. Best for: Australian businesses with enquiries, past customers or a target list that want qualified meetings booked without running the software themselves.
LeadsNow builds and runs AI sales agents for Australian businesses across voice, SMS, email and chat: they contact each lead, qualify on criteria you set, and book the meeting into your calendar with reminders. Since 2017 the system has produced 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.7 rating from 60 Google and Facebook reviews. On our own internal outbound for SaaS-positioning work we booked 1,425 appointments in nine months at 3.9%; that is our record, not an industry benchmark. Show rate varies by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.
Pricing: 5–25% of the revenue we generate for you (revenue share), or an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both. Where it lands depends on lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of product and business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run. No-shows aren’t charged. Bad ad creative, bad lists and the cost of contacting the people who never book are our cost. Cancel any time with 14 days notice. Our methodology page defines the 7x average sales lift we report and discloses that the median is closer to 4x.
Honest limits: you do not own or edit the agent the way you would on a platform, and we do not build agents for support, finance or HR workflows. If you want an internal AI workforce, choose #2 or #3.
#2 Relevance AI: Australian platform with an AI BDR agent
Model: agent-building platform you operate, with deployment help. Best for: mid-size and enterprise teams that want to build their own sales agents and keep them in-house.
Relevance AI is the trading name of OnSearch Pty Ltd, an Australian company, according to the footer of its own site. Its AI BDR Agent page describes an agent for “booking meetings 24/7” that is “customized to fit any team playbook”, researching prospects and handling meeting scheduling. Its homepage says an embedded deployment team maps use cases in weeks 1–2 and helps deploy the first agents from week 3. Its pricing page lists a single Enterprise plan with no published price (the route is a sales conversation), including calling and meeting agents and 2,000+ integrations.
Why it fits this buyer: a local company building the agent category itself, with sales agents alongside support and operations agents. Trade-off to plan for: pricing is not published, and your team owns the playbook, the data and the outcome once the agent is live.
If we can’t make you money, we don’t deserve yours.

#3 Salesforce Agentforce: AI sales agents inside your CRM
Model: CRM-native agent platform you operate. Best for: Australian organisations already running Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Salesforce’s Australian AI sales agents page describes Agentforce ranking prospects on intent signals, researching and enriching them, generating personalised outreach and engaging website visitors. The AU pricing page publishes metered rates: AU$2.80 per conversation and Flex Credits at AU$700 per 100,000 credits, with editions and add-ons sold on top.
Why it fits this buyer: the agent reads the deal data already in your CRM, so integration effort is lowest for existing Salesforce shops. Trade-off to plan for: metered usage plus licences means cost tracks activity, not meetings, and you need a Salesforce administrator or partner to configure it.

Australian rules an AI sales agent must clear before it books a meeting
An AI sales agent in Australia is bound by the same law as a human telemarketer. Under the ACMA’s Spam Act guidance, a business needs consent before sending marketing emails or SMS, even when someone else sends them on its behalf, and each message must identify the sender, include contact details and make it easy to unsubscribe. You cannot send an electronic message to ask for consent, because that message is itself marketing.
For calls, the ACMA says that once a number has been on the Do Not Call Register for 30 days, telemarketers can only call it with consent or under an exemption. Enforcement is active: the ACMA’s telemarketing and e-marketing page reports Lululemon paying a A$702,900 penalty in March 2026 for more than 370,000 emails without an unsubscribe option, and TAB paying more than A$2.7 million in July 2026. Ask every vendor in writing who holds consent records and who washes lists against the Register. Our guide to AI outbound in regulated Australian industries covers sector rules on top. This is general information, not legal advice.
Frequently asked questions about AI sales agent companies in Australia
What is the best AI sales agent company in Australia?
For a business that wants booked meetings without running software, LeadsNow ranks first on this list, which LeadsNow publishes. Teams that want to build their own agents should look at Relevance AI, an Australian platform, or Salesforce Agentforce if they already use Salesforce.
How much does an AI sales agent cost in Australia?
It depends on the model. Salesforce publishes AU$2.80 per Agentforce conversation plus licences; Relevance AI quotes Enterprise pricing on request; LeadsNow charges 5–25% of revenue generated, a pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix. Divide any usage price into your target cost per meeting to compare.
Can an AI sales agent call numbers on the Do Not Call Register?
Only with consent or an exemption. The ACMA states that after a number has been on the Do Not Call Register for 30 days, telemarketers can only call it if the person has given consent or the caller is exempt. An AI caller is treated the same as a human one.
Should I buy an AI sales agent platform or a managed service?
Apply the Operator Test. If you already have someone who can build, monitor and fix the agent each week, a platform gives you control. If nobody owns that job, a managed service paid on booked meetings takes it off your team.
How long does an AI sales agent take to book its first meeting?
Set-up time is the main variable: connecting the CRM, calendar and phone numbers, and agreeing qualification rules. Relevance AI’s own site describes two weeks of use-case mapping before deployment from week 3; managed services typically handle that set-up for you.
