Anchor metric

50,769+ AI-Booked Appointments

How the headline number is produced

This number is the cumulative count of pre-qualified appointments booked onto client calendars by the same AI sales engine we run for every client. It is generated by the two operational pillars from our process:

  • Pillar 01 · Heroes Crusade. We research and examine what makes the client’s ideal buyer tick, then correlate that with millions of marketing, conversation and sales datapoints from prior campaigns to build the most talented, high-converting AI sales system — done for you. Every booked appointment is sourced through a system that was tuned on real campaign history.
  • Pillar 02 · AI Agent Lead Pump. Our Autopilot Marketing System™ gushes fresh prospects in, warming them 1-on-1, qualifying for fit, budget and desire. LeadsNow Artificial Intelligence™ then schedules the conversation and confirms it — no cold calls, no being ghosted. Only appointments that pass this qualification flow count toward the headline number.

For gym/PT specifically the subset is 31,795+ booked tours and intro sessions — same definition, but bounded to fitness clients. Industry breakdowns are available on request.

Commercial model

Pay-Per-Result

What you actually pay for, and when

Pay-Per-Result is the commercial alignment that sits underneath every other number on this site. It is — explicitly — the structural reason we don’t do retainers and don’t do lock-in contracts.

  • Mechanism 01 · Pay-Per-Result Alignment. You only pay when a pre-qualified appointment lands on your calendar. No retainer. No lock-in. If our AI agents can’t qualify the prospect, you don’t pay. If they no-show, our recovery sequence re-books them and we only invoice once on the attended slot. Industry-rare structural alignment.
  • Why this matters. Most agencies charge $2,000–$5,000/month flat retainers regardless of whether your calendar fills. Our incentive only fires when a tour/call lands. We deliberately cap clients per category and per suburb so we can over-deliver on each one — many case studies show clients pausing campaigns because their calendar hit full capacity.

Per-appointment rates are quoted on the strategy call because they depend on offer price, target volume and ICP. Indicative ranges: $25–$80 per booked gym tour, $80–$450 per booked high-ticket coaching call, $200–$2,500 per booked B2B SaaS demo.

Comparative claim

7× Average Sales Lift · 81% Less Manual Effort

How the headline multipliers are produced

The average sales lift figure is the trailing 3-month closed-deal revenue at month 6 of engagement divided by the trailing 3-month closed-deal revenue immediately before campaigns launched, averaged across clients who supplied both numbers.

How the lift is actually engineered — the core mechanic: we stack a 1–20% gain at every stage of the pipeline, and those small wins multiply into ~300%+ total throughput gain. We don’t chase one giant breakthrough. We compound four small ones.

Pipeline stage Mechanism we lift it with Typical lift
1. Local lead volumeSharper hooks, better creative variants, postcode-based audience layering, organic + AEO stacking on top of paid. We squeeze every dollar harder before raising spend.+5–20%
2. Lead → booked-call rateAI agents respond 1:1 within seconds, qualification flows that pre-sell the call, calendar-direct funnels that skip the 3-step lead chain, smarter follow-up that revives stalled leads.+10–20%
3. Show rate (booked → actually attends)Multi-channel reminders (SMS + email + AI voice), pre-call value sequences, no-show recovery flows that re-book same-day — closes the silent revenue loss.+15–20%
4. Close rate on the callBetter-fit prospects arriving warm, AI pre-call qualifiers that filter price-shoppers, sales-script + objection-handling support for the closer, call-recording review loops.+5–15%
Compound throughput gain — conservative case (1.154)~+75%
Compound throughput gain — typical case (1.24)~+107%
Compound throughput gain — high-performer case (1.206, when we also lift LTV + retention stages)~+300%+

When clients see the 300%+ throughput case, it’s because we’ve lifted every stage of their pipeline by 15–25% — not because we ran one magic ad. The top-line revenue figure layers offer-pricing improvements, higher LTV from better-fit buyers, and repeat-conversion compounding on top of the pure throughput math.

Mechanisms by pillar:

  • Pillar 01 · Heroes Crusade. Research isolates what specifically makes the client’s ideal buyer tick — sub-niche, decision criteria, objection patterns. Drives stages 2 & 4.
  • Pillar 03 · Scale To Infinity (Niche Cycling™). Constantly launches new campaigns by audience segment and works leads on rotation. Drives stage 1.
  • Pillar 04 · Freedom (81% less manual effort). Engineers + marketers replace the client’s own labour on speed-to-lead, qualification, calendar booking, no-show recovery and database reactivation. Drives stages 2 & 3.

The 199× more sales claim is a compound illustration: same ad spend; typical 1,000 visitors converting at 0.1% = 1 sale; with LeadsNow’s 3.9× ad CTR feeding 3,900 visitors into a less-leaky funnel = ~199 sales. It is a comparison, not a per-client guarantee. The median client sales lift across the cohort is closer to 4×; we use the average because high-end performers genuinely lift the cohort.

Industry benchmark

Cost per Booked Call / Cost per Booked Tour

What your $ actually buys

Cost per booked call is total ad spend plus per-appointment service fee, divided by the count of pre-qualified appointments that landed on the client’s calendar in the period. We report it weekly to every active client.

  • Mechanism 03 · AI Booked-Call Engine. Our AI agent stack screens every lead for fit/budget/intent/timing before they touch the calendar — trained on patterns from 31,795+ gym appointments and 50,769+ total appointments. The screening prevents low-quality leads from inflating the booked-call count and protects your cost-per-call.
  • Mechanism 04 · Speed-to-Lead Automation. Leads who get a response in under 5 minutes are 21× more likely to book a call than leads contacted at 30 minutes. Our AI agents respond instantly via email/SMS/DM, 24/7. No leads sleep in the inbox.

Observed ranges from current campaign portfolio: $8–$45 cost per raw lead, $25–$80 per booked gym tour, $80–$450 per booked high-ticket coaching call, $200–$2,500 per booked B2B SaaS demo. The right number for your offer is whatever you can profitably spend while maintaining ROI per closed customer. We engineer the funnel so you can lift that ceiling.

Quality gate

What Counts as a “Qualified” Lead

The qualification standard before any appointment counts

A “qualified” lead has passed our AI agent’s screening for ICP fit, budget, intent and timing before they are allowed to book a calendar slot. Qualification standards are defined per client in the onboarding workshop and refined every 30 days based on attended-call conversion data.

  • ICP fit. Confirms the prospect matches the client’s ideal-buyer profile (e.g. gym owner with at least one operating site; coach with 10+ paying clients; SaaS founder at $1M+ ARR — specifics vary per client).
  • Budget. Acknowledges comfort with the offer’s price tier ($3k+ for high-ticket coaching, $1k+/month for memberships, etc.).
  • Intent & timing. States a specific intent and timeframe (launching in next 60 days; opening a second site; about to start a campaign).
  • Geography / suburb. For local-business offers (gyms, real estate, finance brokers), the prospect must be inside the client’s service area.

Each booked appointment ships with a qualifier-score JSON object showing the prospect’s answer to each screening question — available to the client via their CRM. If the prospect fails any criterion, the appointment doesn’t book and doesn’t bill.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar — sized to roughly 1–5% of your closed-deal value. Not for clicks. Not for lead-form fills. Not for retainer months. Not for “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists, ICP mismatches and no-shows. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Sized to 1–5% of closed-deal value, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

No flat $2,000–$10,000/month retainer arriving regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in. No clawback on appointments already delivered. Cancel any time with 7 days notice.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If our AI agents qualify poorly, if our reminders fail, if our no-show recovery doesn’t fire — we eat the cost. That’s why the show-rate benchmark sits at 60–75%+ and the database reactivation benchmark at 4.4–8.9%.
