Best Lead Generation Agencies for Life Coaches in the US (2026)

Best Lead Generation Agencies for Life Coaches in the US: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best lead generation agency for a US life coach is the one whose cost per new client you can earn back inside three coaching sessions. The ICF’s 2023 Global Coaching Study puts the average North American coach at $272 per one-hour session, so a new client should cost no more than about $816 all-in. We rank four options; LeadsNow is first, and we publish this list.

  • The ranking: LeadsNow, Client Accelerators, SearchPod, Marne Semick’s agency.
  • The split that matters: Client Accelerators buys paid video traffic, SearchPod runs search, website and email, Marne Semick builds the Kajabi and funnel backend, and LeadsNow works the conversations that turn enquiries into held discovery calls. Decide which part of your funnel is short before you shortlist.
  • The decision rule: the Three-Session Payback Rule. Cost per held discovery call ÷ your close rate ÷ your session fee should come out at 3 or less.
  • The compliance line: under the FCC’s rule at 47 CFR 64.1200(c), telephone solicitations to residential numbers are barred before 8 a.m. and after 9 p.m. in the called party’s local time, and to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry unless an exemption applies.
  • The honest gap: none of the four publishes a cost per booked discovery call for a life coach. You will have to ask.

How we ranked lead generation agencies for US life coaches

Disclosure first. LeadsNow, a pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency based in Melbourne, Australia, wrote this page and ranks itself #1. Read that as our opinion. We checked every other agency on its own live site on 3 October 2026 and attributed every claim to that site. Where an agency does not publish a price, we say so. No agency paid to be included or excluded.

A US life coach usually sells a personal programme to an individual who pays from their own pocket, after a free discovery or clarity call, an application call, a workshop or a group-programme launch. The criteria follow that sale:

  • Prices against a held call or a client (30%). Can the fee be tested against the Three-Session Payback Rule, rather than clicks or impressions?
  • Coaching evidence on its own site (25%). A coaching page, a named coach client or a coach testimonial, ideally from life, relationship or personal-growth coaching.
  • Fit with how life coaches sell (20%). Discovery call, application, workshop or group programme.
  • Works the call after it is booked (15%). Reminders, no-shows and reschedules.
  • US calling and texting rules (10%). Calling hours, Do Not Call scrubbing and consent for automated calls.

Two agencies we looked at did not make the list. Think Orion has a coaching page naming life coaches, but its contact page gives a Singapore address and we found no US office or US-client statement. Alpha Coast’s homepage says it is “exclusively serving career and executive coaches since 2019”, which rules it out for life coaching.

How it works

How a US life coach should buy lead generation

01

Set your payback limit

Divide cost per held discovery call by your close rate, then by your session fee. Aim for three sessions or fewer.

02

Name your sales motion

Discovery call, application call, workshop or group launch. Each needs a different funnel and a different agency.

03

Check unit and consent

Confirm what you pay for and where calling and texting consent is recorded. Calls run 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time.

04

Judge on held calls

Measure the first months on discovery calls that actually happen, not on leads or bookings.

Price a new client in sessions first, then hire for the part of the funnel that is actually short.

MAKE MORE SALES.

The Three-Session Payback Rule: what a new life-coaching client may cost

The Three-Session Payback Rule says a US life coach should be able to earn back the full cost of acquiring a client within that client’s first three paid sessions. The formula is cost per held discovery call ÷ close rate = cost per new client, then cost per new client ÷ session fee = sessions to pay back. The threshold of three is our own rule of thumb, not an industry benchmark.

The session fee comes from the 2023 ICF Global Coaching Study executive summary: an average of $272 per one-hour session in North America, from 2022 data. That average covers every kind of coach, including executive and business coaches, so a life coach’s own fee may sit well below it. Use yours.

Cost per held call (assumption) Sessions to pay back at 15% close At 25% close At 35% close
$100 2.5 ($667 per client) 1.5 ($400) 1.1 ($286)
$200 4.9 ($1,333) 2.9 ($800) 2.1 ($571)
$300 7.4 ($2,000) 4.4 ($1,200) 3.2 ($857)

Every cell uses a $272 session fee. The call costs and the 15%, 25% and 35% close rates are assumptions for you to replace, not measured figures and not any agency’s quote. Read the table this way: at 3 sessions or fewer, buy more calls; between 3 and 5, fix your show rate and close rate before you buy volume; above 5, the channel or the price point is wrong. Our guide to turning a cost per booked call into a cost per coaching client adds the costs that never appear in an ad account.

The best lead generation agencies for life coaches in the US (2026)

#1 — LeadsNow

Best for: life coaches who already get enquiries, applications or DMs, but too few of them become held discovery calls.

AI voice, SMS, email and chat agents reply to new enquiries, qualify them on goals, timing and budget, and book them into your calendar with reminders and reschedules. Since 2017 the system has produced 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.6 rating from 43 Google reviews. Appointment show rate varies by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts. Pricing is pay-per-result with no retainers: $50–$750 per appointment and/or a 5–25% sales commission, depending on volume, the work required, the type of business and lead, which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run, and where the gaps are. The service is described on our lead generation for US coaches page.

Where we lose: we do not build Kajabi courses, websites or video ad creative, and we are based in Australia, serving US clients remotely. At the top of our per-appointment range the Three-Session Payback Rule fails at every close rate in the table above, so run your own numbers first. If your problem is traffic rather than conversion, #2 or #3 is the better first hire.

#2 — Client Accelerators

Best for: coaches with a proven offer and a real ad budget who want paid video traffic optimised for booked calls.

A direct-response ad agency whose privacy policy gives an address in Westfield, New Jersey, running YouTube, Facebook and TikTok campaigns. Its coaching leads page argues for optimising on cost per qualified booked call rather than cost per lead, and claims 9,950 qualified booked calls for one client across Q3 and Q4 2022 and a fall in Russ Ruffino’s cost per acquisition from about $39,000 to $3,650.61 on a $10k program (its claims). Its homepage carries a testimonial from Making Relationships Work, which the same page describes as a relationships consultant. Pricing not published.

#3 — SearchPod

Best for: life coaches whose clients search Google or ask an AI assistant before they book.

A Canadian agency with offices in North Vancouver and Toronto that says it has clients across Canada and the United States. Its online coach marketing page targets searches such as “life coach for anxiety and burnout” and promises to trace every booked call to its source. It publishes prices: ad management at 10% of ad budget with a $600 monthly minimum, SEO at $50 per page from 10 pages a month, websites from $1,500 to $20,000+, $0 setup and month-to-month terms.

#4 — Marne Semick’s agency

Best for: new or rebuilding life coaches who need the website, Kajabi funnel and social presence built before traffic is worth buying.

Operated by CWB4SW, Inc., whose privacy policy says the website is maintained in the United States. Its agency page offers strategy, Kajabi builds, funnels, SEO, Meta, Google and ChatGPT ads and social management for “soul-led coaches and experts”, says it is “Trusted by 500+ Coaches & Experts”, and quotes a life and business coach: “I got my first $4k client from Instagram in 4–6 weeks” (its testimonial). Its FAQ describes the services as monthly subscriptions you can cancel before the next billing cycle; no prices are shown on the agency page.

What to ask an agency before you sign, as a US life coach

  • What exactly do I pay for? A click, a lead, a booked call, a held call or a client. Only the last two can be run through the Three-Session Payback Rule.
  • Which of my sales motions do you serve? A free discovery call, an application call, a workshop or a group-programme launch each need a different funnel. An agency built for one is rarely good at all four.
  • Who calls or texts my leads, and when? The FCC’s rule at 47 CFR 64.1200 sets the 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. window and requires prior express written consent for autodialed or prerecorded telemarketing calls to mobile numbers. Ask where consent is recorded.
  • What happens when a booked call does not show? A coach who loses a third of booked calls to no-shows pays 50% more per held call. Our note on why booked calls don’t show covers the reminder sequence to ask for.
  • Who owns the ad account and the list? SearchPod says every asset it builds is yours if you leave; ask every agency the same question in writing.

Which agency fits your life-coaching practice

  • You need a website, funnel and brand before anything else: Marne Semick’s agency.
  • Your buyers search before they book and you want published prices: SearchPod.
  • Your offer converts and you can fund video ads at scale: Client Accelerators.
  • You get enquiries but too few become held discovery calls: LeadsNow.

The rule that sorts all four: if an agency cannot tell you its unit of result, you cannot test it against your session fee.

Questions US life coaches ask about lead generation agencies

How much do life coaches charge per session in the US?

There is no life-coach-only public benchmark. The 2023 ICF Global Coaching Study executive summary reports an average of $272 per one-hour session in North America in 2022, across all coaching types, with coaches averaging 13.5 active clients. Life coaches selling to individuals often charge less than executive coaches, so use your own fee.

How much should a life coach pay for one booked discovery call?

Work backwards from the Three-Session Payback Rule. Multiply your session fee by 3, then multiply by your close rate. At $272 a session and a 25% close rate, that is $204 per held call; at a 15% close rate it falls to about $122.

Can an agency cold call or text people about my coaching program?

Under 47 CFR 64.1200, telephone solicitations to residential numbers are barred before 8 a.m. and after 9 p.m. local time and to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry unless an exemption applies, and autodialed or prerecorded telemarketing calls to mobiles need prior express written consent. Most life coaches avoid the issue by working inbound enquiries only. This is general information, not legal advice.

Is pay-per-appointment better than a retainer for a life coach?

It depends on volume. A pay-per-result fee moves with the calls you actually get; LeadsNow charges $50–$750 per appointment and/or a 5–25% sales commission, depending on volume, the work required, the type of business and lead, which part of the funnel it runs and where the gaps are. A percentage-of-spend model such as SearchPod’s published 10% with a $600 minimum suits coaches who mainly need traffic.

How is this list different from your US executive coach ranking?

Executive coaching is usually bought by an employer, so that list ranks agencies that reach HR and sponsors. Life coaching is bought by the individual, so this list ranks agencies on discovery calls and session-fee payback. The US executive coach ranking covers the employer-funded sale.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar — priced as a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we generate for you, a fee per appointment that shows up, or any mix of the two. Every option bills on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists, no-shows, and contacting the thousands of people who never book. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer — nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If our ads miss, if our reminders fail, if our no-show recovery doesn’t fire — we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel — responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month — roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue — closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence — up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe. Named clients include Sam Tajvidi (121 Brokers), Marcus Wilkinson (Iron Body), Foundr, SheSells.online and Lambda Academy. Wikidata Q139846230. See full Pay-Per-Result pricing →
