The best lead generation agency for a US high-ticket coach is the one whose all-in cost per held sales call stays under your Held-Call Ceiling: program price × close rate on held calls × the share of price you will spend to win a client. At US$15,000, a 25% close rate and a 10% share, that is US$375 per held call.
- The ranking: LeadsNow, 99 Robots, Holistic Ads, Adspend.com. We published this list and rank ourselves first.
- The split that matters: the three other agencies run paid ads into application or call-booking funnels. LeadsNow works the leads after they arrive and books the calls. Many coaches need both, so compare them on cost per held call, not on cost per lead.
- The entry bar: Adspend.com’s agency offer is for coaches “currently generating over $100K/month”; Holistic Ads asks for 10k+ a month in sales and at least $50/day in ad spend; 99 Robots suggests about $5,000 a month in ad budget as a starting point.
- The US rule for your ads: under the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, a client-result testimonial is read as typical unless you can substantiate it or disclose what clients generally achieve.
- Channels compared: Meta, YouTube and Google ads, VSL and application funnels, AI voice, SMS and email follow-up.
How we ranked lead generation agencies for US high-ticket coaches
Disclosure first. LeadsNow, a pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, that serves US clients, wrote this page and ranks itself #1. Read that as an opinion. We checked every other agency on its own live site on October 3, 2026, attributed every claim to that site, and say where pricing is not published. No agency paid to be included.
A US high-ticket coach usually sells a four- or five-figure program through one of four routes: an application form, a booked strategy call, a live or virtual event, or a membership with an upsell. The criteria follow the call, because that is where the money changes hands:
- Cost per held call you can calculate (30%). Can you turn the agency’s fee and your ad spend into a cost per call that actually happened?
- High-ticket coaching evidence on its own site (25%). A coaching page, named coaching clients or a coaching case study.
- Entry bar that fits your stage (15%). Published revenue or ad-spend minimums.
- Testimonial and claim discipline (15%). Ads that a coach can substantiate under the FTC Endorsement Guides.
- What happens after the opt-in (15%). Speed of first contact, qualification and reminders before the call.
Where we would lose: on ad creative, media buying and YouTube production. All three other agencies make ads; we do not. A coach whose problem is too few applications needs an ads agency first.
How it works
How a US high-ticket coach compares agency quotes
Set your Held-Call Ceiling
Multiply program price by your close rate on held calls and the share of price you will spend to win a client.
Collect all-in costs
Add the agency fee and your ad spend for a month. Ask for booked and held calls on a comparable offer.
Divide by held calls
All-in cost divided by calls that actually happened is the only number to compare.
Fix the short step
Buy traffic if applications are short. Fix follow-up and reminders if calls are not booked or held.
MAKE MORE SALES.

The Held-Call Ceiling: what one sales call is worth to a high-ticket coach
The Held-Call Ceiling is the most a coach can pay, all in, for one sales call that actually takes place: program price × close rate on held calls × acquisition share. No credible public benchmark exists for high-ticket coaching close rates, so the prices and rates below are assumptions. Replace them with your own last 90 days: clients signed ÷ calls held, counting only calls that happened.
| Program price (assumption) | Ceiling at 15% close | Ceiling at 25% close | Ceiling at 35% close |
|---|---|---|---|
| US$5,000 | US$75 | US$125 | US$175 |
| US$15,000 | US$225 | US$375 | US$525 |
| US$30,000 | US$450 | US$750 | US$1,050 |
Every cell uses a 10% acquisition share. Worked example, middle cell: US$15,000 × 0.25 × 0.10 = US$375.
Now convert an ads-agency quote into the same unit. Take an agency fee of US$2,000 a month (the monthly payment Holistic Ads publishes) and assume you spend US$3,000 on ads, the ads book calls at US$50 each and 70% of booked calls are held. That is 60 booked and 42 held calls, so the all-in cost per held call is US$5,000 ÷ 42 = US$119. Under the US$5,000 program at a 15% close rate, that fails the ceiling of US$75. Under a US$15,000 program it passes at every close rate in the table. The quotable version: a high-ticket coach should compare agencies on cost per held call, because a cheap booked call that never happens still costs money.
If your shows are the weak link, start with why booked high-ticket calls don’t show before you buy more leads.

The best lead generation agencies for high-ticket coaches in the US (2026)
#1 — LeadsNow
Best for: coaches already running ads, webinars or challenges, whose applicants and opt-ins wait hours or days for a first call.
AI voice, SMS, email and chat agents contact each new applicant, qualify them on budget, timing and fit, and book the strategy call with reminders, on US hours. They also work old applicants and no-shows. Since 2017 the system has booked 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and generated 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.6 rating from 43 Google reviews. Show rate varies by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts. Pricing is pay-per-result: $50-$750 per appointment and/or 5-25% sales commission, depending on volume, the work required, the type of business and lead, which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run, and where the gaps are. No retainers. The LeadsNow methodology page defines our 7x average sales lift and discloses that the median is closer to 4x, so the average is not typical. Our US coaching lead generation guide explains how the calls are run.
Where we lose: we do not make ads or funnels. Our team is in Australia, not the US. Invoices vary month to month. Filmed coaching and education clients include Foundr and SheSells.online, but no case study on this page proves results for your offer.
#2 — 99 Robots
Best for: coaches who want one agency to run paid ads across several networks.
A PPC agency in Ewing, New Jersey, founded in 2015 according to its about page. Its ads management page for coaches covers Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and YouTube ads and says it has “successfully managed ads for dozens of coaching clients”. One case study describes mid-ticket and high-ticket offers (“$500-$4000”) on a US$50K-a-month Facebook budget. It offers management, consulting, audits and setup, plus a revenue-share plan it says is “reserved for extra-special clients”. Fees are not published on that page.
#3 — Holistic Ads
Best for: coaches at roughly US$10,000 a month in sales who want Meta ads run by a small specialist.
The Meta ads service of Lucia Doynel, who says on her about page that she is based in Highland Park, Los Angeles. Her Holistic Ads page is aimed at coaches, course creators and done-for-you providers, and publishes its price: US$6,000 for three months, paid in full or as three monthly payments of US$2,000. It asks for 10k+ a month in sales and at least $50/day in ad spend. It shows a men’s leadership coaching result of US$3,655.45 in ad spend at US$44.58 per booked call. Those are the agency’s published figures, and booked calls are not held calls.
#4 — Adspend.com
Best for: large coaching and course businesses that want YouTube ads written, filmed and run for them.
Adspend.com offers an “Agency For High-Ticket Coaches & Course Creators Currently Generating Over $100K/month”, covering strategy, ad copy, filming and editing across Facebook, YouTube and Google. Its past-work list includes US names such as Bedros Keuilian and Pete Vargas. The founder’s section of the same page says he now runs the Ad Men Mastermind for agency owners, has replaced his operational team with an AI agent, and works today with “one editor, one AI agent”. The page’s calls to action point to the mastermind, so confirm the agency service is still taking clients and who will run your account. It publishes no fees or location on the pages we read.
How the four compare side by side
| Agency | Location | Coaching evidence on its own site | Pricing model | Entry bar it publishes | Channels |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LeadsNow | Melbourne, Australia (serves US clients) | Filmed online-education clients; no high-ticket coaching case study on this page | Pay-per-result: $50-$750 per appointment and/or 5-25% commission, by scope | None published | AI voice, SMS, email, chat; appointment setting |
| 99 Robots | Ewing, NJ | Coaches page; “dozens of coaching clients” | Management, consulting, audit, setup; revenue share for selected clients | About $5,000/month ad budget suggested | Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube ads |
| Holistic Ads | Los Angeles, CA | Coaching client results on its page | US$6,000 for three months, or 3 monthly payments of US$2,000 | 10k+/month in sales; $50+/day ad spend | Facebook and Instagram ads |
| Adspend.com | Not published | High-ticket coach and course-creator offer | Not published | Over $100K/month in revenue | YouTube, Facebook, Google ads; ad production |
If we can’t make you money, we don’t deserve yours.

What to ask an agency before you sign, as a US high-ticket coach
- What is your cost per held call, not per lead or booked call? Ask for the last three months on a comparable offer, then run it through the Held-Call Ceiling above.
- Who calls an applicant in the first hour? Ads agencies stop at the opt-in. If nobody on your team calls fast, the funnel leaks after the agency’s job is done.
- Which client results will appear in the ads, and can I substantiate them? If not, the ad must disclose what clients generally achieve.
- Do you price against my application route? An application funnel, a webinar and a three-day virtual event produce calls at different costs and close rates. Ask which one the quote assumes.
- Is any first contact an AI voice call, and where is consent recorded?
- What happens to no-shows? A rebooked no-show is the cheapest call you will buy. Ask whether rebooking is in the fee.
Which agency fits your coaching business: a threshold table
| If your business… | Then |
|---|---|
| Does over US$100K a month and wants YouTube ads made for it | Adspend.com, after confirming it still takes agency clients and who runs the account |
| Does around US$10K a month and can spend US$50+ a day on Meta | Holistic Ads |
| Needs several ad networks managed and can fund about US$5,000 a month in ads | 99 Robots |
| Already has applicants and opt-ins, but slow follow-up and no-shows | LeadsNow |
| Cannot get under the Held-Call Ceiling at your real close rate | No agency yet. Fix the price, the offer or the call first. |
If your program sits in the US$5,000 row and your close rate is low, read why coaching leads say they can’t afford it before hiring anyone. Australian coaches should use our Australian high-ticket coach ranking, which covers a different set of agencies and rules.
Questions US high-ticket coaches ask about lead generation agencies
Can my agency run ads with client income results in them?
Only with support. Under the FTC Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR 255.2(b), an ad that relates a client’s experience will likely be read as representing what people generally achieve. If you cannot substantiate that, the ad should clearly disclose the generally expected performance. This is general information, not legal advice.
Can an AI voice agent call my coaching applicants?
Only with the right consent. The FCC announced on February 8, 2024 that AI-generated voices are “artificial” under the TCPA, and its rules require prior express written consent before robocalling consumers. Make sure your application form collects it.
What is a good cost per booked call for a high-ticket coach?
There is no credible public benchmark, so use your own ceiling. At US$15,000, a 25% close rate on held calls and a 10% acquisition share, you can pay up to US$375 per held call. Holistic Ads publishes one client result of US$44.58 per booked call, as its own claim.
Should I hire an ads agency or an appointment setter first?
Whichever fixes the step that is short. If too few applications come in to fill your call calendar, buy traffic first. If applications arrive but calls are not booked or held, fix follow-up first.
How is this list different from your US executive coach ranking?
That ranking covers coaches who sell to the HR or L&D sponsor who pays for coaching. This one covers coaches who sell a program directly to an individual through ads, an application and a call.
