The best marketing agency for a life coach in Australia is one judged on booked revenue, not impressions, and our #1 pick is LeadsNow, because it is paid on results and works every enquiry until a discovery call is held. The test that matters: 2023 ICF averages for Oceania (US$58,800 revenue, 13.8 active clients) work out at about US$4,261 a year per active client by our own division, so a US$2,000-a-month retainer must win 5.6 new clients a year just to break even. LeadsNow publishes this list.
- The ranking: 1. LeadsNow (performance model), 2. Dream Accelerator (full-service brand and launch agency, Melbourne), 3. Square Meters Digital (wellness marketing agency for Australian practices).
- The split: the two full-service agencies build brand, content, ads and websites; LeadsNow turns enquiries into held discovery calls. They solve different halves of the same funnel.
- The decision rule: the Book-Replacement Test. Annual agency cost ÷ revenue per active client = new clients the agency must add each year to pay for itself. Compare it with the 13.8 active clients the average Oceania coach holds.
- The market figure: the ICF’s 2023 Global Coaching Study counts 3,700 coach practitioners in Oceania with average annual coaching revenue of US$58,800 (2022 data, all coaching types).
- The compliance line: the ACMA says you stay responsible for consent on any email list you use, including one an agency supplies.

How it works
How an Australian life coach should test a marketing agency
Find revenue per client
Divide your annual coaching revenue by your active clients. ICF Oceania averages give about US$4,261 (our estimate).
Price the agency
Divide a year of agency fees by revenue per client. That is the new clients needed to break even.
Compare with your book
Set the break-even count against your active client list. Above half your book, prefer a results-based model.
Judge on held calls
Track discovery calls held and clients signed each month. Impressions and followers do not pay the fee.
MAKE MORE SALES.
Pay-Per-Result pricing — We scale sales HARD aligned to your interests, better than anyone else.
The best marketing agencies for life coaches in Australia, ranked
The ranked list below puts LeadsNow first for booked-revenue accountability, then two full-service agencies whose own websites show coaching or life-coach work. Every fact about the other two comes from their own sites, read on 17 October 2026.
1. LeadsNow
Best for: life coaches who already get enquiries from Instagram, a podcast, a workshop or referrals, but lose too many of them before a discovery call happens.
LeadsNow is an Australian pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency. It books calls using AI calling, SMS and DM follow-up, qualifies enquiries on goals, timing and budget, and sends reminders before the call. Since 2017 it has booked 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and generated 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.7/5 rating from 60 Google and Facebook reviews. Show rates vary by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on its best-performing accounts. You pay on results: 5–25% of the revenue it generates for you (revenue share), or an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, depending on lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of product and business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel it runs. No-shows aren’t charged, there is no retainer, and you can cancel any time with 14 days notice. The service is described on our appointment setting for coaches page.
Where it is the wrong choice: LeadsNow does not build brands, websites or content, and it publishes no life-coach-specific result. If nobody knows you exist yet, a brand-and-content agency is the better first hire.
2. Dream Accelerator
Best for: coaches whose offer is proven but whose brand, launches and events need building, and who can give the agency time for content.
A brand and marketing agency that lists Melbourne as its base and describes itself as a “Brand Transformation Specialist”. Its agency page lists brand strategy, content and social media, email marketing, Facebook and Instagram ads, event marketing, and web design and funnels, and its homepage says its clients range “from 7 and 8-figure coaching businesses to visionary companies”. It carries testimonials from a transformational coach and a coaching practice and names The Coaching Institute among its case studies. It claims $4.5M+ generated for clients (currency not stated), 300+ projects and 110+ clients (its claims). It also runs a separate 12-month mentorship programme for women in business. We did not see pricing on the pages we read.
3. Square Meters Digital
Best for: life coaches who work close to health and wellness and want their ads and landing pages reviewed for regulatory risk.
A digital agency that describes itself as serving “Wellness Centres & Health Practitioners”, on a wellness marketing page titled for Australian practices. That page names the life coach alongside naturopaths, chiropractors and massage therapists, lists web design and development, social media, SEO, branding, Meta ads and Google Ads, and says every ad, post and landing page is reviewed by compliance-trained experts against AHPRA, FDA and MHRA standards (its claim). It names no life-coach client, and we saw no pricing on that page.

The Book-Replacement Test: what a marketing retainer must earn a life coach
The Book-Replacement Test divides a year of agency fees by revenue per active client, then compares the answer with the size of a life coach’s client book. The output is the number of new clients the agency must add each year just to pay for itself.
The inputs come from the 2023 ICF Global Coaching Study executive summary (2022 data, all coaching types, US dollars): Oceania coaches average US$58,800 a year in coaching revenue and 13.8 active clients, Dividing one by the other gives about US$4,261 per active client per year. That per-client figure is our derived estimate, not a number the ICF publishes, and it treats each active client as a full year of revenue. The agency costs and the 25% close rate are assumptions to replace with your own figures, not any agency’s quote.
| Agency cost a month (assumption) | A year | New clients needed to break even | Share of a 13.8-client book | Held discovery calls a month at 25% close |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| US$500 | US$6,000 | 1.4 | 10% | 0.5 |
| US$1,000 | US$12,000 | 2.8 | 20% | 0.9 |
| US$2,000 | US$24,000 | 5.6 | 41% | 1.9 |
| US$3,000 | US$36,000 | 8.4 | 61% | 2.8 |
| US$4,900 | US$58,800 | 13.8 | 100% | 4.6 |
Worked through: US$24,000 a year ÷ US$4,261 per client = 5.6 clients; at a 25% close rate that is 22.5 held discovery calls a year, or 1.9 a month. Our rule of thumb, not an industry benchmark: below 20% of your book, a retainer is a fair bet if the agency reports booked calls and revenue; between 20% and 50%, sign only with a booked-revenue target written into the agreement; above 50%, you are paying an agency to rebuild your practice every year, and a model paid on results carries less risk. Convert the US dollar figures at the day’s rate; the ratios do not change. Our cost per booked call benchmarks for marketing agencies show how the same maths looks across other industries.
How we chose and ranked these agencies
LeadsNow ranked these marketing agencies on five weighted tests built around how an Australian life coach actually sells: a free discovery call, an application, a workshop, or a group programme.
Methodology and disclosure
LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first. We think that is defensible because it is the only option here paid on results, and the brief for this list was to judge agencies on booked revenue rather than impressions. Read the ranking as our opinion and run the tests yourself.
Tests and weights: paid against, or reporting on, booked calls and revenue (35%); coaching or life-coach work shown on the agency’s own site (25%); how much of the funnel it covers, from brand to booked call (20%); Australian presence and a clear answer on Spam Act consent (10%); how many of your own hours it needs (10%).
Every agency was checked on its own live website on 17 October 2026. No agency paid to be included or excluded. Our sister list of lead generation agencies for life coaches in Australia ranks a different field on a different question: how many discovery calls you can use.
If we can’t make you money, we don’t deserve yours.
Pay-Per-Result pricing — performance-based alignment.
Full-service agency or performance model: which fits your coaching practice?
A full-service marketing agency fits a life coach who has no audience yet, while a performance model fits one who already has enquiries that are not turning into held calls.
- Fewer than a handful of enquiries a month: the problem is visibility or positioning. A brand, content and ads agency such as #2 or #3 is the right first hire, judged on enquiries and booked calls by month three.
- Steady enquiries, few held calls: the problem is follow-up speed and qualification. A performance model is cheaper to test because you pay on results, not on activity.
- Both problems at once: fix the offer and price first; our guide on how to price a high-ticket coaching offer covers it. Then buy visibility, then conversion.
- Enquiries who say they cannot afford it: that is a qualification problem, not a traffic one. See what to do when coaching leads can’t afford it.
What the Spam Act means when an agency markets your coaching for you
The Spam Act 2003 keeps consent obligations with your coaching business even when an agency writes, sends or supplies the list for your marketing emails and texts.
The ACMA’s guidance on avoiding spam says that when you buy or use a marketing list, you are still responsible for making sure you have consent for every address, and that messages sent on your behalf must still identify your business as the sender. Ask any agency where each contact on a list came from and how consent was recorded before a single email goes out. This is general information, not legal advice.
Questions Australian life coaches ask about marketing agencies
Australian life coaches ask these four questions most often before hiring a marketing agency, from which agency is best to what the Spam Act requires.
What is the best marketing agency for life coaches in Australia?
LeadsNow ranks #1 on this list because it is paid on results and works enquiries until a discovery call is held, with no retainer and no charge for no-shows. Dream Accelerator ranks second for brand, content and launches, and Square Meters Digital third for wellness-focused coaches. LeadsNow publishes this list.
How much should a life coach in Australia spend on a marketing agency?
Use the Book-Replacement Test rather than a fixed figure: a year of agency fees divided by your revenue per active client tells you how many new clients the agency must add to break even. At about US$4,261 per client a year (our estimate from ICF Oceania averages), US$12,000 a year of fees needs 2.8 new clients.
Can a marketing agency use a bought email list for my coaching business?
Only with care, because the obligation stays with you. The ACMA’s guidance on avoiding spam says you are still responsible for making sure you have consent for any addresses you use, including on a list you buy. This is general information, not legal advice.
Is a full-service agency or a pay-per-result agency better for a life coach?
A full-service agency is better when you lack an audience and need brand, content and ads built. A pay-per-result agency is better when enquiries already arrive but too few become held discovery calls, because you pay on results rather than on activity.
