Best AI Automation Agencies in the US (2026)

Best AI Automation Agencies in the US: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best AI automation agency in the US for sales teams in 2026 is LeadsNow, because it builds AI sales agents and then runs them for you on results, with 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments since 2017. RTS Labs ranks #2 for custom agentic AI builds, HatchWorks AI #3 for engineering pods, and RevPartners #4 for HubSpot RevOps from $9,850 a month.

  • The ranking: 1. LeadsNow, 2. RTS Labs, 3. HatchWorks AI, 4. RevPartners. LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first; the reasons are below so you can disagree with them.
  • The buyer: a US sales leader choosing between an AI sales agent run for them, a custom AI build, or a revenue-operations partner.
  • The split that matters: who operates the automation after launch. LeadsNow runs it; RTS Labs and HatchWorks AI build it; RevPartners sells monthly operator hours inside HubSpot and Clay.
  • The decision rule: the Operator-Hours Rule, below. Count the hours a week someone must spend running the automation before you compare prices.
  • The rules that bite: the TCPA and the FCC’s February 2024 ruling on AI-generated voices, plus CAN-SPAM’s 10-business-day opt-out deadline.

Best AI automation agencies in the US compared (2026)

The four US AI automation agencies below differ most on whether they run the automation after launch, build it for your team to own, or rent you operator hours. Every row comes from each agency’s own site, read on October 19, 2026.

How it works

How a US sales team picks an AI automation agency

01

Name the outcome

Decide whether you are buying booked meetings, hours saved or a shipped workflow. Each points to a different agency model.

02

Count operator hours

Estimate the hours a week the automation needs after launch. Name who will supply them.

03

Check TCPA and CAN-SPAM

Confirm how the agency records consent for AI voice calls and honors email opt-outs within 10 business days.

04

Match the model

Run-for-you service, rented RevOps hours or a build your team owns. Pick the one that supplies the missing hours.

Price the weekly hours someone must spend running the automation before you compare agency quotes.

How we ranked AI automation agencies for US sales teams

LeadsNow ranked US AI automation agencies on five criteria weighted for a sales leader judged on meetings: booked meetings 30%, integration effort 25%, calling-rule compliance 20%, pricing transparency 15% and post-launch operation 10%.

Methodology. Entries had to be real firms with a live site describing AI automation or AI agent work for US companies, checked on October 19, 2026. We described each one only with what its own pages say: no third-party ratings, no prices we did not see on their site. Booked meetings asks whether the firm is accountable for sales outcomes or for delivering software. Integration effort asks how much CRM, calendar and data work lands on your team. Calling-rule compliance asks whether outreach is built around the TCPA and CAN-SPAM. Pricing transparency asks whether you can price the engagement before a sales call. Post-launch operation asks who keeps it working.

Disclosure. LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself #1. We do so because the weighting favors accountability for booked meetings, which is the one thing we sell. If your goal is a custom AI product or back-office automation, the weighting changes and RTS Labs or HatchWorks AI may suit you better. No firm paid to be listed.

Want this done for you? We book qualified sales appointments on a Pay-Per-Result basis — you only pay for calls that actually land in your calendar.

#1 LeadsNow: AI sales agents built and run for you

LeadsNow ranks first for US sales teams because it builds AI sales and marketing agents and then operates them, so the measure is booked meetings rather than shipped workflows.

The agents reply to new leads, hold the conversation across AI calling, SMS and email, qualify against your criteria and book onto your calendar. LeadsNow reports 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments since 2017 and 1M+ leads generated, 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.7/5 rating from 60 Google and Facebook reviews. LeadsNow is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and serves US clients. How the service works is set out on the AI appointment setting service page.

Pricing is 5–25% of the revenue LeadsNow generates for you (revenue share), or an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both. Where you land depends on lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of product and business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel LeadsNow runs. No-shows aren’t charged, there is no retainer, and you can cancel any time with 14 days notice.

Honest weaknesses: LeadsNow is a sales operator, not a general automation shop, so it will not rebuild invoicing, document or data pipelines. If your priority is a codebase your own engineers extend, a build firm (#2 or #3) fits better. Pay-per-result invoices also move with results, so they do not match a fixed monthly budget line.

#2 RTS Labs: custom agentic AI builds with fixed ship dates

RTS Labs ranks second as a Glen Allen, Virginia applied AI firm that builds agentic AI and wires it into the tools a company already uses, for buyers who want to own the result.

Its home page describes “the boutique applied AI firm for high-growth companies that are done experimenting” with “senior engineers, fixed ship dates”, and lists Agentic AI, AI Advisory, AI Integration Services and data engineering, plus build work on Azure, Salesforce, Snowflake and AWS. Its industry pages cover financial services, insurance, logistics, real estate and construction, and private equity. Fits if: you have a specific workflow (for example AI inside Salesforce) and an internal owner for it after go-live. Lower fit if: you want someone else accountable for meetings booked each month.

If we can’t make you money, we don’t deserve yours.

#3 HatchWorks AI: agentic automation delivered by engineering pods

HatchWorks AI ranks third as a US AI engineering firm with Atlanta, Chicago and Dallas offices that designs and builds agentic automation through embedded engineering teams.

The HatchWorks AI site lists AI strategy, AI-driven development and AI change management, and describes agentic automation as work that is reimagined and then orchestrated “with AI agents that run end to end”. Engagements are offered as Forward Deployed Engineers, Agentic AI Pods or an AI and Data Transformation Program, with partnerships listed for Anthropic, Google, Databricks and OpenAI, and nearshore offices in Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru. Fits if: the automation crosses departments and you want a strategy-to-production partner. Lower fit if: the only problem is that inbound leads wait hours for a reply.

#4 RevPartners: RevOps hours on HubSpot and Clay

RevPartners ranks fourth as a RevOps and GTM engineering partner for companies on HubSpot and Clay, and it is the only firm here that publishes its monthly prices.

Its pricing page lists RevOps-as-a-Service from $9,850 a month (up to 10 hours a week) to $27,000 a month (up to 30 hours a week) on a 6-month initial term, a one-time $5,000 onboarding charge, HubSpot Sales Hub implementations starting at $1,500, and a Clay implementation with five playbooks at $25,000 one-time. Fits if: your AI automation is really CRM plumbing, enrichment and routing inside HubSpot. Lower fit if: you are not on HubSpot, or you want meetings rather than configured systems.

The Operator-Hours Rule: pricing what an AI automation needs after launch

The Operator-Hours Rule says every AI automation needs a named person running it after launch, so price those weekly hours first and pick the agency model that supplies them.

RevPartners’ published tiers make the cost of an operator hour visible. Converting each tier to an hourly rate (monthly price divided by weekly hours x 52 / 12) gives the worked example below; the hourly figure is our arithmetic, not a RevPartners rate.

RevPartners’ published RevOps tiers work out to about $208–$227 per operator hour, and the 6-month initial term makes the smallest commitment $59,100 before onboarding.
Tier (published) Monthly price Max hours a week Hours a month (x 52 / 12) Cost per hour 6-month minimum
Bronze $9,850 10 43.3 $227 $59,100
Silver $14,500 15 65.0 $223 $87,000
Gold $19,000 20 86.7 $219 $114,000
Platinum $23,000 25 108.3 $212 $138,000
Diamond $27,000 30 130.0 $208 $162,000

Use it as a threshold, not a verdict:

  • No one in-house can give the automation hours each week, and the goal is booked meetings: choose a run-for-you model that is paid on results, so the operator hours are the agency’s cost.
  • You need under 10 hours a week of CRM and routing work on HubSpot: rented operator hours are the clean fit; the Bronze tier above is the published floor.
  • You have an engineer or data team who will own code after go-live: a build firm such as RTS Labs or HatchWorks AI, then budget those internal hours yourself.

US calling and email rules an AI sales automation must clear

US AI sales automation that calls with an AI-generated voice needs the called party’s prior express consent under the TCPA, and its email must honor opt-outs within 10 business days under CAN-SPAM.

In Declaratory Ruling FCC 24-17, adopted February 2, 2024, the FCC confirmed that the TCPA’s “artificial or prerecorded voice” restrictions cover current AI technologies that generate human voices, so those calls require prior express consent absent an emergency purpose or exemption. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM compliance guide sets the 10-business-day opt-out deadline and penalties of up to $53,088 per violating email. State telemarketing laws can add more. This is general information, not legal advice. Before signing, ask every agency five questions:

  • Who runs the automation after launch, and how many hours a week does it need?
  • What outcome do you report on: booked meetings, hours saved or workflows shipped?
  • Which CRM and calendar do you integrate with, and who does that work?
  • How do you record consent for AI voice calls and process opt-outs?
  • What keeps running, and who owns the accounts, if we stop paying?

Frequently asked questions about AI automation agencies in the US

What is the best AI automation agency in the US?

For sales teams that want more booked meetings, LeadsNow ranks first because it builds and runs AI sales agents and is paid on results. RTS Labs suits custom agentic AI builds, HatchWorks AI suits cross-department engineering programs, and RevPartners suits HubSpot and Clay RevOps work.

Should I hire an AI automation agency or build AI agents in-house?

Build in-house only if you can name the person who will run and fix the automation every week after launch. If you cannot, choose a firm that operates it, and compare its price with the operator hours you would otherwise pay for.

Do AI voice calls need consent in the US?

Yes. The FCC confirmed in February 2024 that AI-generated voices count as artificial or prerecorded voices under the TCPA, so those calls need the called party’s prior express consent absent an emergency purpose or exemption (FCC Declaratory Ruling 24-17).

How much does a US AI automation agency cost?

Published prices are rare. RevPartners lists RevOps-as-a-Service from $9,850 to $27,000 a month on a 6-month initial term, while LeadsNow charges 5–25% of revenue generated, a fee per appointment, or a mix of both. RTS Labs and HatchWorks AI did not list prices on the pages we read.

How does LeadsNow charge for AI sales automation?

LeadsNow charges 5–25% of the revenue it generates for you, an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, depending on lead volume, what is sold and its price, the business type and how much of the funnel it runs. No-shows aren’t charged.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar - with 2 pricing models: pay-per-result, at roughly 1–5% of your closed-deal value per appointment, or a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we help you generate. Both bill on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists and no-shows. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer - nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If nobody books, or none of your meetings show, we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel - responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month - roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue - closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence - up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe.
