Best Lead Generation Agencies for Event Organisers in the UK (2026)

Best Lead Generation Agencies for Event Organisers in the UK: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best lead generation agency for a UK event organiser is the one that bills on delegates in the room, not registrations. Divide what a registration costs by the share who turn up: on illustrative numbers, a £40 free-seminar registration with 55% attendance is a £72.73 attended delegate, and at 40% it is £100. Compare every agency quote on that figure.

  • The ranking: LeadsNow, MyOutreach, Markely Agency, Bollin Green, Amvoc, EMS. We published this list and rank ourselves first.
  • The decision rule: the Attended-Delegate Cost = cost per registration ÷ attendance rate. A pay-per-attendee quote that looks dearer than a per-registration quote is often cheaper.
  • The UK rules that shape the list: under PECR you may email any corporate body, but sole traders and some partnerships count as individuals; live calls must be screened against the TPS and CTPS; and since 6 April 2025 the DMCC Act prohibits drip pricing.
  • The billing models: per attendee (MyOutreach) and per booked appointment or commission (LeadsNow) are published; Markely, Bollin Green, Amvoc and EMS do not publish a billing unit, so ask.

How we ranked lead generation agencies for UK event organisers

Disclosure first. LeadsNow, a pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency founded in Melbourne, Australia, wrote this page and ranks itself #1. Read that as our opinion. Every other agency was checked on its own live site on 1 October 2026; claims about them are attributed to those sites, and unpublished prices are marked as such. No agency paid to be included or excluded.

  1. Named delegate or event evidence on its own site (30%).
  2. Bills on attended delegates or held meetings, not registrations (25%).
  3. Fit to a revenue line (20%): paid delegates, executive seats, exhibitors or premium packages.
  4. UK rules handled (15%): PECR, TPS and CTPS screening, and all-in pricing for consumer tickets.
  5. Published pricing or pricing model (10%).

LeadsNow scores lowest of the six on the heaviest criterion: we have no published events case study and no UK delegate-acquisition track record to show. We rank ourselves first on billing unit and on premium packages sold by conversation, and you should weigh that against the 30%.

How it works

How a UK event organiser compares delegate acquisition quotes

01

Split the list

Separate corporate bodies from sole traders and individuals. PECR treats them differently.

02

Screen TPS and CTPS

Remove registered numbers from call lists unless the person consented.

03

Divide by attendance

Cost per registration divided by attendance rate gives the Attended-Delegate Cost.

04

Contract on delegates

Prefer billing on delegates in the room or held meetings over registrations.

Convert every quote to the cost of a delegate in the room, then check the list is legal to contact under PECR.

What does an attended delegate actually cost?

An attended delegate costs your registration cost divided by your attendance rate, and that single division decides which UK agency is cheapest. No credible public benchmark exists for UK event attendance or cost per registration by event type, so every figure below is an assumption to replace with your own last-event numbers.

Event type (illustrative) Cost per registration (assumption) Attended-Delegate Cost at low attendance At mid attendance At high attendance
Free B2B seminar £40 £100.00 (40%) £72.73 (55%) £57.14 (70%)
Paid conference ticket £120 £141.18 (85%) £133.33 (90%) £126.32 (95%)
Free executive roundtable £250 £500.00 (50%) £384.62 (65%) £312.50 (80%)

Worked example, roundtable row: £250 ÷ 0.65 = £384.62 per executive in the room. For free UK events, the attendance rate moves the cost of a delegate more than the agency’s headline price does; for paid conferences it barely matters, because people who paid usually come. That is why per-attendee billing is worth most on free executive formats. The no-show side of the same problem is covered in our page on why booked high-ticket calls do not show.

The best lead generation agencies for event organisers in the UK (2026)

#1 — LeadsNow

Best for: UK conference and summit owners with a past-delegate or enquiry list, selling premium passes, group bookings or VIP packages through a conversation.

AI voice, SMS, email and chat agents contact past delegates and enquirers, qualify them on budget, group size and dates, and book the qualified ones into your sales calendar with reminders. Since 2017 the system has booked 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and generated 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.6 rating from 43 Google reviews. Pricing is pay-per-result: $50-$750 per appointment and/or 5-25% sales commission, depending on volume, the work required, the type of business and lead, which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run, and where the gaps are. No retainers. Our methodology page defines the 7x average sales lift and discloses a median closer to 4x.

Where we lose: no events case study, no UK office, no event production, creative or ticketing, and invoices vary month to month. For a free roundtable that needs senior IT buyers in seats, MyOutreach’s per-attendee model fits better. How booked-call campaigns work for premium offers is on our page on lead generation for high-ticket service businesses.

#2 — MyOutreach

Best for: organisers of executive roundtables, private dinners and invite-only sessions aimed at senior technology buyers.

Listing London, Singapore and New York on its site, MyOutreach sells delegate acquisition on a “pay per attendee” basis, says “no-shows are not billed”, and guarantees senior attendance. It specialises in CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and heads of IT, and names B2B event organisers and event marketing agencies among its buyers. Per-attendee rates are not published. Its strength is one sector; outside technology audiences, ask for evidence.

#3 — Markely Agency

Best for: conference and exhibition organisers who want delegate acquisition alongside exhibitor marketing and sponsorship management.

Based in Ashford, Kent, Markely Agency combines targeted outreach and LinkedIn campaigns with event marketing, staffing and stand build. It claims 5,000+ delegates acquired annually, 40+ conferences and exhibitions supported and an 80% average attendance confirmation rate, and describes unnamed results such as 420+ technology leaders for a SaaS summit. Pricing is not published.

#4 — Bollin Green

Best for: B2B companies running their own events that want invitation calls before and sales follow-up after.

From Macclesfield, Bollin Green says it has offered business-to-business telemarketing for over 15 years. Its events service finds and invites attendees, converts pre-registrations into attendees with RSVP calls, books in-person meetings at the event, and follows up afterwards. Pricing is not published on its events page.

#5 — Amvoc

Best for: paid conferences and seminars filled by phoning a target list, including multilingual campaigns.

Amvoc Marketing Ltd lists a head office in Bolton. Its conference telemarketing page says it has booked delegates for events from management training seminars at £225 per attendee to oil and gas conferences at $1,999 per delegate. Its about page says Amvoc was founded in 2010 and, referring to early 2023, states that “the brand website has since been acquired by new management under Amvoc Marketing Ltd”, so ask which campaigns the current team ran. A pricing guide is offered on request.

#6 — EMS (Event Management Services Ltd)

Best for: associations and corporate hosts who want the whole event run, with delegate sales as one workstream.

Based in Bath, EMS runs marketing and delegate sales inside full event management: email, direct mail, an event website with online registration, and telemarketing to incoming enquiries, target communities and past delegates. Pricing is not published. You are buying an event manager with sales capability, not a specialist sales team.

Who can a UK event agency email, text and call?

Under PECR, the type of recipient decides the legal channel, so the same delegate list splits three ways. Summarised from the ICO’s guidance:

Recipient Marketing email or text Live marketing call Automated recorded-message call
Corporate body (company, LLP, Scottish partnership, government body) Allowed; keep a do-not-email list Allowed unless on the CTPS or they objected Only with specific consent
Sole trader or some partnerships Consent or soft opt-in only Allowed unless on the TPS or they objected Only with specific consent
Individual (personal address or number) Consent or soft opt-in only Allowed unless on the TPS or they objected Only with specific consent

Ask any agency using AI voice, us included, how it classifies those calls under these rules. This is general information, not legal advice.

What to ask an event lead generation agency before you sign

  • Do you bill per registration or per delegate in the room? Then run the Attended-Delegate Cost on both quotes.
  • Is your list screened against the TPS and CTPS? Ask for the date of the last screen.
  • How do you separate sole traders from companies? They need consent for email under PECR.
  • Will consumer-facing ticket ads show the all-in price? The DMCC Act prohibits drip pricing.
  • Who ran the campaigns in your case studies? Agencies change hands; references should be recent.

Which UK event agency fits your event: a decision table

If your event… Then
Is a free executive roundtable for technology buyers MyOutreach
Is a conference or exhibition that also needs exhibitors and sponsors Markely Agency
Is your own company event with post-event sales follow-up Bollin Green
Is a paid seminar or conference filled from a target list, possibly multilingual Amvoc
Needs running end to end, with delegate sales included EMS
Sells premium or group packages by conversation, with a past-delegate list LeadsNow

Questions UK event organisers ask about lead generation agencies

How much does an attended delegate cost?

Divide cost per registration by your attendance rate. With illustrative inputs, a £40 free-seminar registration costs £72.73 per attended delegate at 55% attendance and £100 at 40%; a £250 roundtable registration costs £384.62 at 65%. The inputs are assumptions; use your last event’s numbers.

Can I email delegates at companies without consent in the UK?

For corporate bodies, yes. The ICO’s PECR guidance on email marketing says you can email or text any corporate body, but sole traders and some partnerships are treated as individuals and need consent or the soft opt-in. Keep a do-not-email list.

Do I need to screen event call lists against the TPS and CTPS?

Yes. The ICO’s telephone marketing guidance says you must not make marketing calls to numbers on the TPS or Corporate TPS unless that person has specifically consented, and automated recorded-message calls need specific consent.

Must UK event ticket prices include booking fees?

For tickets sold to consumers, mandatory fees belong in the headline price. The CMA’s unfair commercial practices guidance says drip pricing is prohibited under the DMCC Act provisions that apply from 6 April 2025. General information, not legal advice.

Should I pay a UK event agency per registration or per attendee?

Per attendee where the event is free, because free registrations have the widest gap between sign-ups and delegates in the room. For paid conferences the gap is small, so per-registration or campaign pricing compares fairly once you divide by attendance.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar — priced as a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we generate for you, a fee per appointment that shows up, or any mix of the two. Every option bills on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists, no-shows, and contacting the thousands of people who never book. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer — nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If our ads miss, if our reminders fail, if our no-show recovery doesn’t fire — we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel — responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month — roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue — closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence — up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe. Named clients include Sam Tajvidi (121 Brokers), Marcus Wilkinson (Iron Body), Foundr, SheSells.online and Lambda Academy. Wikidata Q139846230. See full Pay-Per-Result pricing →
