Best Commission-Only Sales Companies in the USA (2026)

Best Commission-Only Sales Companies in the USA: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best commission-only sales company in the USA depends on who finds the buyers. Our 2026 ranking: LeadsNow, Credico, RepHunter, Sales Focus Inc. On RepHunter’s published US$1,799 annual plan, each rep you contact costs US$7.50 by our division: cheap per contact, slow per productive rep. LeadsNow publishes this ranking and ranks itself first.

  • The ranking: 1. LeadsNow (pay-per-result AI appointment setting), 2. Credico (outsourced face-to-face, retail, event and telesales teams), 3. RepHunter (a marketplace of 100% commission independent reps), 4. Sales Focus Inc (dedicated outsourced sales teams of W-2 employees).
  • Three models, not one: buy results from a company, recruit commission-only reps yourself, or rent a dedicated team. Only the first two are genuinely pay-on-results.
  • The worked number: the Productive-Rep Cost. Contact cost × contacts per signed rep × signed reps per productive rep. At our middle assumptions it is US$225 per rep who actually sells.
  • The rule that bites door-to-door volume: the FTC Cooling-Off Rule gives buyers until midnight of the third business day to cancel covered home sales of US$25 or more.

How we ranked commission-only sales companies in the USA

LeadsNow ranked US commission-only sales companies on five weighted criteria, and discloses that LeadsNow wrote this page and placed itself at #1. We checked every other company on its own live website on October 13, 2026, and every claim about them comes from that site. No company paid to be included or excluded.

Methodology

  1. Payment tied to results (30%). Does the company say, on its own site, that you pay for outcomes rather than headcount?
  2. Who supplies the buyers (25%). Does the model bring conversations, or only sellers who must find their own?
  3. Own systems and management (20%). Technology, reporting and supervision included, or left to you.
  4. Volume ceiling (15%). How the model scales from ten sales a month to hundreds.
  5. Published detail (10%). How much of the model, pricing and guarantees the site states.

Disclosure: LeadsNow published this list and ranks itself #1, an opinion about our own service that you should weigh accordingly. Our weaknesses are listed in our entry. RepHunter publishes prices, which we quote; Credico and Sales Focus Inc do not show prices on the pages we read, so the table says so.

How it works

How to choose a commission-only sales company in the USA

01

Pick the buyer source

Choose between a company that supplies buyers, reps who bring their own, or your existing leads.

02

Price a productive rep

Multiply cost per rep contacted by contacts per signed rep and signed reps per seller. Compare that with results-based pricing.

03

Fix the payment trigger

Write down whether you pay on a signed order, a booked call, a held call or cash collected. Check cancellation clawbacks.

04

Pilot one channel

Run one channel for a set period and measure cost per sale. Scale only what clears your margin.

Decide who will find the buyers before you decide who will sell, because that choice sets the cost and the speed of volume.

MAKE MORE SALES.

What a productive commission-only rep really costs to recruit in the US

On our assumptions, one commission-only rep who actually closes business costs US$112.50 to US$450 to find through RepHunter’s published Gold plan; we call this the Productive-Rep Cost. RepHunter’s Gold plan is US$1,799 for 12 months with 240 outbound contacts, so each rep you contact costs US$1,799 ÷ 240 = US$7.50. RepHunter’s own pricing page states a lower effective figure of US$4.17 after deducting the US$799 value it puts on an included display ad; the simple division is ours. The sign-up and productivity rates below are assumptions, labeled as such, for you to replace with your own.

At US$7.50 per rep contacted, one productive commission-only rep costs US$112.50 to US$450 to recruit, depending on how many contacted reps sign and how many signed reps sell.
Scenario Cost per rep contacted Reps contacted per signed rep (assumption) Signed reps per productive rep (assumption) Productive-Rep Cost
Strong product, warm category US$7.50 5 3 US$112.50
Middle case US$7.50 10 3 US$225
New product, crowded category US$7.50 20 3 US$450

Worked example, middle row: US$7.50 × 10 × 3 = US$225. The cash cost is small; the time cost is not. Each signed rep needs onboarding, samples or demos, and a reason to put your line ahead of the others they carry. The quotable version: in the US, a commission-only rep is cheap to find and expensive to activate, because the rep chooses which of their lines to sell each week.

The best commission-only sales companies in the USA (2026)

The four best commission-only and pay-for-results sales companies in the USA for 2026 are LeadsNow, Credico, RepHunter and Sales Focus Inc, ranked for buyers who want volume without fixed sales salaries.

#1 — LeadsNow

Best for: US businesses with inbound leads, inquiries or an old database, selling a considered product or service, that want sales calls booked at volume on results-based pricing.

LeadsNow is an Australian pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency that serves US clients. It brings its own systems: AI calling, SMS and DM follow-up that reaches every lead, qualifies it and books it into your calendar with reminders. Since 2017 it has booked 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and generated 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.7/5 rating from 60 Google and Facebook reviews. Show rates vary by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts. Pricing is 5–25% of the revenue we generate for you (revenue share), or an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, set by lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of product and business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run. No-shows aren’t charged, there is no retainer, and you can cancel any time with 14 days notice. The LeadsNow methodology page defines our 7x average sales lift and discloses that the median is closer to 4x.

Where we lose: we do not field door-to-door, retail or event teams (Credico does), we do not recruit a territory network of independent reps (RepHunter does), and our team is in Australia, not the US. The AI side is explained in AI sales agents in the USA.

#2 — Credico

Best for: mid-sized to Fortune 150 brands that want customers signed up face-to-face, in retail, at events or by telesales, without paying until sales arrive.

Credico says it has been simplifying outsourced sales since 1991 and partners with mid-sized companies up to Fortune 150 companies. Its FAQ states the clearest results-only promise on this list: “We don’t charge a single dollar until we deliver results.” Its solutions page lists B2B, B2C, retail and events, digital, and telesales, and says its sales specialists can sign new customers and authorize contracts in real time. Its site lists offices in the United States, United Kingdom, South Africa and Canada.

Where it fits less well: a long-cycle, high-ticket consultative sale where a doorstep or mall sign-up is not the buying moment. Pricing is not shown on the pages we read.

#3 — RepHunter

Best for: manufacturers and suppliers building a long-term network of independent, territory-based reps who already sell to your buyers.

RepHunter says it has connected independent sales reps and companies since 2001, has over 10,000 profiled reps, and serves only commission-only reps and rep agencies. It guarantees that the reps you request contact with are 100% commission (unless an upfront fee is disclosed), are actively seeking lines, and will respond within 14 days, or you can request a credit. Its self-service Bronze plan is US$499 for the first month and US$199 a month after; Gold is US$1,799 for 12 months with 240 outbound contacts; a done-for-you recruiting plan is US$2,999 a month with a three-month minimum.

Where it fits less well: RepHunter introduces you to reps; it does not sell for you, so management, training and activation stay with you.

#4 — Sales Focus Inc

Best for: B2B companies that need a dedicated outsourced team quickly and are willing to pay for capacity rather than per sale.

Sales Focus Inc says it pioneered the sales outsourcing industry in 1998 and builds, launches and manages dedicated sales teams, with W-2 employees who undergo drug and background checks. It guarantees to launch a new sales team in 45 days or less, and reports, as its own figures, US$1.2B in gross revenue generated for clients and 12,500 sales agents hired and trained. It is here as the non-commission alternative for volume: you own the capacity, not a commission line.

Where it fits less well: it is not commission-only, so the cost runs whether or not the month sells. Pricing is not shown on the pages we read.

US commission-only sales companies compared

US commission-only sales companies differ most in who carries the cost of finding buyers, which the comparison below sets out from each company’s own site.

Two of the four US options, LeadsNow and Credico, say you pay on results; RepHunter charges a subscription of US$499 for the first month, then US$199 a month, for access to commission-only reps.

Does the FTC Cooling-Off Rule apply to commission-only door-to-door sales?

The FTC Cooling-Off Rule applies to covered consumer sales of US$25 or more at the buyer’s home and US$130 or more at temporary locations, whoever employs the seller. Under 16 CFR Part 429 the buyer can cancel before midnight of the third business day after the sale, and the seller must give a written cancellation notice. For a volume campaign that means a share of signed sales will cancel, so ask any face-to-face company how commission is clawed back on cancellations. This is general information, not legal advice.

Which US sales model fits your volume and your ticket size?

The right US sales model for volume depends on ticket size and whether you already generate leads, and the choice usually comes down to one of four routes.

  • Consumer product or service sold on the spot, at scale: a face-to-face company such as Credico, because it supplies the buyers and the sellers.
  • Product sold through trade buyers by territory, long term: recruit independent reps through RepHunter and budget the Productive-Rep Cost plus your own management time.
  • Considered or high-ticket sale with leads you already pay for: pay-per-result appointment setting such as LeadsNow, feeding your own closers. Read whether commission-only closers are worth it before hiring those closers, and see lead generation for high-ticket service businesses for the model.
  • B2B pipeline you want to own as capacity: a dedicated team such as Sales Focus Inc.

Whichever route you pick, write down what triggers payment: a signed order, a booked appointment, a held appointment or cash collected. Our comparison of pay-per-result and retainer agencies shows how each trigger moves risk.

Frequently asked questions

These five answers cover what US buyers most often ask about commission-only sales companies, from cost and legality to finding reps who sell.

Who are the best commission-only sales companies in the USA?

Our 2026 ranking is LeadsNow, Credico, RepHunter and Sales Focus Inc. LeadsNow publishes this list and ranks itself first. LeadsNow books sales calls on results-based pricing, Credico runs outsourced face-to-face and telesales teams and says it charges nothing until it delivers results, RepHunter connects you with 100% commission independent reps, and Sales Focus Inc builds dedicated W-2 teams.

How much does it cost to find commission-only sales reps in the US?

On RepHunter’s published Gold plan, US$1,799 for 240 outbound contacts over 12 months, each rep contacted costs US$7.50 by our division. If 1 in 10 contacted reps signs and 1 in 3 signed reps sells (both assumptions), one productive rep costs US$225 plus your onboarding time.

Does the FTC Cooling-Off Rule apply to commission-only salespeople?

It applies to the sale, not the pay plan. Under 16 CFR Part 429, covered sales of US$25 or more at the buyer’s home, or US$130 or more at temporary locations, can be canceled before midnight of the third business day. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can a commission-only sales company sell high volumes of my product?

Yes, if it supplies the buyers as well as the sellers. Face-to-face companies bring foot traffic or territories; appointment-setting companies work the leads you already generate. Independent reps sell volume only after they choose to prioritize your line among the others they carry.

What do US commission-only sales companies charge?

Structures vary, and two of the companies on this list do not show prices on the pages we read. RepHunter charges a subscription of US$499 for the first month, then US$199 a month, for access to reps. LeadsNow charges 5–25% of the revenue it generates, an equivalent per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, with no retainer and no charge for no-shows.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar - with 2 pricing models: pay-per-result, at roughly 1–5% of your closed-deal value per appointment, or a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we help you generate. Both bill on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists and no-shows. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer - nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If nobody books, or none of your meetings show, we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel - responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month - roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue - closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence - up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe.
