Best AI SDR companies in the UK (2026)

Best AI SDR companies in the UK: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best AI SDR companies for UK outbound in 2026 are LeadsNow (a managed service paid on booked results), Salesforge with its Agent Frank, and Amplemarket. Before buying any of them, run the List Depth Test: an AI SDR needing 800 contacts a month (8 meetings at an assumed 1% rate) exhausts a 9,000-contact UK list in about 11 months.

  • The ranking: 1. LeadsNow, 2. Salesforge (Agent Frank), 3. Amplemarket. LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first.
  • The buyer: a UK B2B founder or sales leader who wants first meetings booked from outbound prospecting, not more inbound conversion.
  • The split: AI SDR software your team configures (Salesforge, Amplemarket) versus a managed service that books the meetings for you (LeadsNow).
  • The decision rule: the List Depth Test, below. Months of list = addressable contacts ÷ contacts the AI SDR needs per month.
  • The UK rules that bite: PECR regulation 22 for email and LinkedIn messages, and the TPS and CTPS for any call step.

How we ranked AI SDR companies for UK outbound

LeadsNow ranked three AI SDR companies on five weighted criteria after checking each vendor’s own website on 14 October 2026. Disclosure: LeadsNow, an Australian pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency serving UK clients, wrote this page and ranks itself #1. Treat our placement as an opinion. No vendor paid to appear, and every vendor fact below comes from that vendor’s own pages.

  • Booked first meetings (35%). Does the vendor’s own site say the AI SDR books meetings, not just sends sequences?
  • Prospecting depth (20%). Lead data, research and list building included, or bought separately?
  • Who operates it (20%). Autopilot, co-pilot, or a service that runs it.
  • UK outbound fit (15%). Channels used and how they sit against PECR’s email, messaging and calling rules.
  • Pricing basis (10%). Is a price or pricing basis shown on the vendor’s own pricing page?

Where we lose: a UK SaaS team with a deep target list, in-house RevOps and a wish to own its mailboxes and sequences will get more control from Salesforge or Amplemarket than from us.

How it works

The List Depth Test before buying an AI SDR

01

Count addressable contacts

List UK target companies and buyers, then remove sole traders you hold no consent for.

02

Set meeting target

Pick a monthly meeting target and an assumed meeting rate you can defend.

03

Compute months of list

Divide addressable contacts by contacts needed per month.

04

Pick the model

Under 6 months, work accounts and existing leads; over 12 months, an autopilot AI SDR fits.

Work out how many months of UK prospects you have before choosing volume AI SDR software.

The List Depth Test: will an AI SDR run out of UK prospects?

The List Depth Test divides your addressable UK contacts by the contacts an AI SDR needs each month, giving the months before your list runs dry. UK markets are smaller than US ones, so a volume AI SDR that suits a US list can exhaust a UK niche within a year. The meeting rates below are assumptions, not measurements: replace them with your own.

At an assumed 1% meeting rate and 8 meetings a month, an AI SDR needs 800 contacts monthly and exhausts a 9,000-contact UK list in about 11 months.
Assumed meeting rate per contacted prospect Contacts needed per month (target 8 meetings) Contacts needed per year Months to exhaust a 9,000-contact list
0.5% (low assumption) 1,600 19,200 5.6
1% (middle assumption) 800 9,600 11.3
2% (high assumption) 400 4,800 22.5

Worked example, middle row: 8 meetings ÷ 1% = 800 contacts a month. A list of 3,000 UK target companies with three buyers each is 9,000 contacts, and 9,000 ÷ 800 = 11.3 months. We chose 3,000 companies because Salesforge’s own Agent Frank page names targeting “3,000 businesses or more” as a good fit. Remove sole traders and partnerships you hold no consent for (see the PECR section) before you count, because the list that may lawfully be emailed is usually shorter than the list you can buy.

Our List Depth threshold rule: under 6 months of list, volume AI SDR software is the wrong first purchase; over 12 months, it fits.
Months of list at your assumed rate What to do
Under 6 Do not buy volume AI SDR software first. Work named accounts by hand and work the inbound and past leads you already have.
6 to 12 Use an AI SDR in co-pilot mode with a human approving messages, and widen the ideal-customer definition before the list runs out.
Over 12 An autopilot AI SDR fits; budget the rep time to review replies and run the meetings.

Want this done for you? We book qualified sales appointments on a Pay-Per-Result basis — you only pay for calls that actually land in your calendar.

#1 LeadsNow: AI SDR work done for you, paid on booked results

LeadsNow is a managed AI appointment-setting service that contacts, qualifies and books prospects for you and is paid on results instead of seats. Model: done-for-you service. Best for: UK businesses with a target list, inbound leads or past customers that want first meetings booked without hiring an AI SDR operator.

LeadsNow runs AI appointment setting with AI calling, SMS, email and DM follow-up, qualifying on criteria you set and booking with reminders. Since 2017 the system has produced 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and 4.7/5 from 60 Google and Facebook reviews. Show rate varies by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts; our SaaS demo no-show rate guide covers what moves it.

Pricing: 5–25% of the revenue we generate for you (revenue share), or an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, depending on lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of product and business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run. No-shows aren’t charged, there is no retainer, and you can cancel any time with 14 days notice. Bad lists and the cost of contacting the people who never book are our cost, not yours.

Honest limits: you do not get an AI SDR seat your own reps can drive, and our team is based in Australia, serving UK clients remotely.

#2 Salesforge: Agent Frank, an autopilot or co-pilot AI SDR

Salesforge sells Agent Frank, an AI SDR that its own page says prospects 24/7 and handles outreach “from the initial email to booking a meeting”, in autopilot or co-pilot mode. Model: AI SDR software with a dedicated account manager. Best for: B2B teams with a deep list who want email and LinkedIn outreach at scale.

The Agent Frank page lists unlimited email and LinkedIn senders, 20+ languages and a shared Slack channel, and says Frank researches each prospect’s company, buying signals and likely objections before reaching out. It says Frank is a good fit for B2B products with ACVs between $5K and $100K and teams targeting 3,000 businesses or more, and a poor fit for teams without product-market fit, those mainly targeting Fortune 500 companies, and long RFP-led sales. Agent Frank is only available after a demo, and the same page prices it per active contact, from $499 a month for 1,000 active contacts, falling to $0.25 per contact at 2,000+ contacts a month.

Trade-off to plan for: the vendor’s own good-fit line of 3,000 or more target businesses rules out many UK niches, so run the List Depth Test before the demo, and LinkedIn messages to sole traders still need consent under PECR.

If we can’t make you money, we don’t deserve yours.

#3 Amplemarket: Duo, an AI copilot for prospecting teams

Amplemarket is a sales platform whose Duo AI drafts first touches and replies, while its Searcher and intent signals find prospects for reps to contact. Model: AI-assisted software your reps operate. Best for: UK SDR teams that want lead data, sequences and AI help in one seat-based tool.

Amplemarket’s pricing page lists Startup at $600 a month on an annual term with 2 users and 27,000 contacts, plus Growth (4 users, 140,000 contacts, adds Duo Voice) and Elite (10 users, 400,000 contacts, adds Duo Inbox) at custom prices. Every plan lists multichannel sequences, AI intent signals and a free trial.

Trade-off to plan for: Duo is positioned as a copilot for reps, so meeting booking still depends on your team’s time, and prices are published in US dollars.

What PECR means for an AI SDR’s email, LinkedIn and calls

PECR lets an AI SDR email UK companies without consent, but sole traders, some partnerships and any automated call step need consent first, according to the ICO’s guidance.

  • Email to a company, LLP or government body: allowed without consent if you identify yourself and give a valid opt-out address; keep a do-not-email list.
  • Email, text or social media DM to a sole trader or some partnerships: specific consent, or the soft opt-in for your own past customers only. The ICO says social media direct messages follow the electronic mail rules.
  • Live call step: screen against both the TPS and the CTPS plus your own do-not-call list.
  • Automated call playing a recorded message: specific consent to automated calls.

Doing this yourself is real work: list hygiene, consent records, mailbox warm-up, reply review and calendar sync each take weekly hours. Compare that with a salaried hire in our AI SDR versus human SDR cost breakdown and our AI SDR ramp time comparison.

Frequently asked questions

UK founders comparing AI SDR companies ask most about cold email rules, LinkedIn messages, cold calls, list size and cost; the answers below are general information.

Can an AI SDR send cold emails to UK businesses?

Yes to corporate subscribers. The ICO’s electronic mail marketing guidance says you can email any company, LLP or government body without consent, provided you identify yourself and give a valid opt-out address. Sole traders and some partnerships are treated as individuals and need consent.

Do LinkedIn messages from an AI SDR fall under PECR?

The ICO says direct marketing via social media direct messages follows the electronic mail rules, so the same corporate-versus-individual split applies to LinkedIn messages as to email.

Can an AI SDR make cold calls in the UK?

Live marketing calls must be screened against the TPS and CTPS and your own do-not-call list, and automated calls playing a recorded message need specific consent, per the ICO’s telephone marketing guidance.

How many prospects does an AI SDR need?

Divide your monthly meeting target by your meeting rate. At an assumed 1% and 8 meetings a month, that is 800 contacts a month, or 9,600 a year; under 6 months of list, volume AI SDR software is the wrong first purchase.

Is an AI SDR cheaper than an outsourced SDR agency?

It depends on who does the work. Software such as Amplemarket starts at $600 a month on an annual term but needs your reps; LeadsNow charges 5–25% of revenue generated, an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix, and no-shows aren’t charged.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar - with 2 pricing models: pay-per-result, at roughly 1–5% of your closed-deal value per appointment, or a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we help you generate. Both bill on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists and no-shows. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer - nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If nobody books, or none of your meetings show, we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel - responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month - roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue - closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence - up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe. Named clients include Sam Tajvidi (121 Brokers), Marcus Wilkinson (Iron Body), Foundr, SheSells.online and Lambda Academy. Wikidata Q139846230. See full Pay-Per-Result pricing →
