Best AI lead generation agencies in the UK (2026)

Best AI lead generation agencies in the UK: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best AI lead generation agencies in the UK in 2026 are LeadsNow (#1, because it is paid on results and no-shows aren’t charged), Punch! and Sopro. Sopro’s own pricing page says its managed outreach starts at around £3,000 a month, so a UK sales team should know how many qualified meetings that fee has to produce before it signs.

  • The ranking: LeadsNow, Punch!, Sopro. LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first; each entry says who it suits and where it loses.
  • Three ways AI is used: AI agents that contact and book every lead (LeadsNow), AI agents that run signal-triggered outreach and hand warm accounts to human SDRs (Punch!), and AI-enhanced audience building behind a managed multichannel campaign (Sopro).
  • The decision rule, the Retainer Break-even Count: monthly fee divided by the gross profit one qualified meeting is worth tells you how many meetings a month the agency must book to pay for itself.
  • Worked number: on assumed inputs of a £24,000 first-year contract, a 15% close rate and a 75% gross margin, a £3,000 monthly fee needs about 1.1 qualified meetings a month to break even.
  • The UK rule that bites: under PECR, B2B email to a limited company needs no consent, but sole traders and some partnerships are treated as individuals, and automated marketing calls need consent that specifically covers them.

Best AI lead generation agencies in the UK compared

Three AI lead generation agencies serve UK sales teams, and they differ most on what the AI actually does, which channels it runs, and whether you pay a monthly fee or for results. Every cell for Punch! and Sopro comes from that agency’s own site, read on 16 October 2026.

How it works

How a UK team chooses an AI lead generation agency

01

Audit leads you already have

Count unworked enquiries, demo requests and old leads in your CRM. Converting these is often cheaper than finding new ones.

02

Check PECR by channel

Separate limited companies from sole traders, screen calls against TPS and CTPS, and confirm consent for any automated calls.

03

Run the break-even count

Divide the monthly fee by the gross profit one qualified meeting is worth. That is the monthly meeting bar.

04

Judge on booked meetings

Agree a written definition of a qualified meeting and review attended meetings, not messages sent.

Decide whether you need new accounts found or existing leads converted, then test the fee against the meetings it must buy.

The ranked list: AI lead generation agencies for UK businesses

The ranked list puts LeadsNow first, then two B2B agencies with UK bases that describe AI in their own service on their own sites, each suited to a different kind of UK pipeline.

#1 – LeadsNow

Best for: UK businesses that already generate enquiries, demo requests or a database of past leads, and lose them because nobody calls back fast or often enough.

LeadsNow is a pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment setting agency headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, serving UK, US and Australian clients. AI agents call, text, email and message each lead, ask the qualifying questions you set, and book sales calls into your calendar with reminders. Since 2017 the system has booked 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and generated 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and 4.7/5 from 60 Google and Facebook reviews. Show rate varies by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts. Pricing is 5–25% of the revenue we generate for you (revenue share), or an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, depending on lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of product and business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run. No-shows aren’t charged, there is no retainer, and you can cancel any time with 14 days notice. Our AI appointment setting page explains how it works.

Where we lose: we are not UK-based, and our strength is converting leads you already have. A UK SaaS firm that needs cold, account-based outreach into named enterprise buying committees, with direct mail and personalised microsites, is better matched to Punch!.

#2 – Punch!

Best for: UK B2B technology, SaaS and professional services firms selling into defined buying committees who want AI outreach and human SDRs in one programme.

Punch! describes itself as a B2B growth agency founded in 2014, headquartered in London and Miami. Its Agentic GTM service runs five specialised agents (email, LinkedIn, postcard, ads and microsite) coordinated by an orchestrator it calls ORBIT. The system watches a target market for buying signals, leads each touch with something useful such as a benchmark, and flags an account to a human SDR when engagement crosses a threshold. Its SDR-as-a-Service covers phone, email, LinkedIn and eGifts, integrated with the client’s CRM. Punch! states $1bn+ in pipeline across 27 industries, which is its own figure.

#3 – Sopro

Best for: UK B2B businesses that want a fully managed, multichannel prospecting campaign on a known monthly budget, without hiring an SDR team.

Sopro is a trading brand of Prospect Global Ltd, a UK-registered company, and was founded in 2015. Its About page describes a fully managed service blending email, LinkedIn messaging, social display ads, phone outreach and physical mail, “underpinned by cutting-edge technology and AI”, with buyer intent signals and AI-enhanced audience building. It says it has over 300 employees and has helped over 3,000 B2B businesses. Its pricing page says pricing starts at around £3K per month, that each campaign is tailored, and that there is no minimum contract.

The Retainer Break-even Count: how many meetings a UK agency fee must buy

The Retainer Break-even Count is a monthly agency fee divided by the gross profit one qualified meeting is worth, and it tells a UK team how many meetings a month an agency must book to pay for itself. The £3,000 fee is Sopro’s published starting point; every other input is an assumption to replace with your own CRM numbers, because no credible public benchmark exists for UK B2B close rates from first meeting.

On assumed inputs and a 75% margin, a £3,000 monthly fee breaks even at about 1.1 qualified meetings a month for a £24,000 contract closing at 15%.
First-year contract value (assumed) Close rate from first meeting (assumed) Gross profit per meeting at 75% margin Meetings a month to cover £3,000
£12,000 15% £1,350 2.2
£12,000 25% £2,250 1.3
£24,000 15% £2,700 1.1
£24,000 25% £4,500 0.7
£48,000 15% £5,400 0.6

Worked example, third row: £24,000 x 0.15 x 0.75 = £2,700 of gross profit per qualified meeting, and £3,000 ÷ £2,700 = 1.1 meetings a month. The count looks easy, which is the trap: it ignores the months a retainer runs before the first meeting, and the sales cycle before that meeting becomes revenue. Multiply the count by the months to first meeting plus your sales cycle to see the cash you fund up front; how long that cycle often runs is covered in how long a B2B SaaS sales cycle takes. A results-based fee has no fixed monthly count to clear, because nothing is owed until meetings or revenue exist.

How we ranked AI lead generation agencies for the UK

LeadsNow ranked AI lead generation agencies for UK buyers on five weighted criteria, led by whether the agency is judged on booked meetings rather than activity.

Methodology

  • Booked meetings (30%). Does the agency report meetings and pipeline, or only messages sent?
  • Real AI in the service (20%). Does its own site say what the AI does, not just that it is used?
  • Integration effort (15%). How much of your CRM and calendar work does it take on?
  • UK compliance posture (15%). Does it address PECR and UK GDPR on its own site?
  • Pricing model (20%). Is the fee tied to outcomes, and is any price published?

Disclosure: LeadsNow wrote this page and ranks itself first, so read the #1 slot as our opinion. We put ourselves first because booked meetings and pricing tied to outcomes carry half the weight, and our model is paid on results. We read Punch! and Sopro on their own sites on 16 October 2026 and printed only what those sites say. No agency paid to be included.

PECR and UK GDPR rules when an AI agency contacts UK businesses for you

UK businesses using an AI lead generation agency remain bound by PECR for each channel and by UK GDPR for any named business contact, according to the ICO’s business-to-business marketing guidance.

  • Email and text. The ICO’s B2B marketing guidance says you do not need consent under PECR to send B2B marketing emails or texts to a corporate body, but you must not hide your identity and must give a valid opt-out address.
  • Sole traders. The same guidance says sole traders and some partnerships are “individual subscribers”, treated the same as individuals, so the B2B email exemption does not cover them.
  • Live calls. You cannot call numbers on the TPS or Corporate TPS unless that business has consented to your calls.
  • Automated calls. An automated B2B marketing call needs consent that specifically covers automated calls from you. Ask any agency running AI voice how it treats this rule before it dials a UK number.
  • UK GDPR. A named business contact’s details are personal data even in a work capacity, so the agency’s data source and your lawful basis both need checking.

This is general information, not legal advice.

Which AI lead generation option fits which UK business?

The right AI lead generation option for a UK business depends on whether its problem is finding new accounts or converting the leads it already has.

  • DIY with AI software: fits a team with a sales ops owner and time to build sequences. Cost is licences plus the hours to run them.
  • Freelance SDR with AI tools: fits a small team that wants one person on outreach. You carry hiring and quality risk.
  • Managed agency (Punch!, Sopro): fits a business that needs new accounts found and engaged across several channels and can fund the agency fee while the programme ramps.
  • Pay-per-result (LeadsNow): fits a business whose enquiries, demo requests or old leads go unworked and that would rather pay for outcomes than months of fees.

Questions UK buyers ask about AI lead generation agencies

UK sales leaders often ask five questions before hiring an AI lead generation agency; each answer below uses only the facts on this page.

What are the best AI lead generation agencies in the UK?

For 2026 we rank LeadsNow first, then Punch! and Sopro. LeadsNow published this list. Choose by problem: LeadsNow to convert enquiries and old leads on a pay-per-result basis, Punch! for signal-triggered AI outreach with human SDRs into complex B2B accounts, and Sopro for a managed multichannel prospecting campaign on a monthly fee.

How much does an AI lead generation agency cost in the UK?

Sopro’s pricing page says its pricing starts at around £3K per month with no minimum contract. LeadsNow charges 5–25% of the revenue it generates, an equivalent fee per appointment, or a mix of both. Use the Retainer Break-even Count to test any monthly fee against your own deal value.

Can an AI agency send cold emails to UK businesses?

Yes for limited companies: the ICO’s guidance says PECR consent is not needed for B2B marketing emails to corporate bodies, provided the sender is identified and offers a valid opt-out address. Sole traders and some partnerships are treated as individuals. This is general information, not legal advice.

Is an AI lead generation agency the same as AI SDR software?

No. AI SDR software is a tool your own team configures and runs. An AI lead generation agency runs the programme for you, choosing the audience, channels and messages and reporting meetings. Punch! and Sopro also put people alongside their AI.

How many meetings does a UK agency need to book to pay for itself?

On assumed inputs of a £24,000 first-year contract, a 15% close rate and a 75% margin, a £3,000 monthly fee breaks even at about 1.1 qualified meetings a month. Replace each input with your own numbers.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar - with 2 pricing models: pay-per-result, at roughly 1–5% of your closed-deal value per appointment, or a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we help you generate. Both bill on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists and no-shows. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer - nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If nobody books, or none of your meetings show, we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel - responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month - roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue - closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence - up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe.
