The best lead generation agencies for CRM consultants in the US in 2026 are LeadsNow (#1, paid on results through a revenue share, a fee per appointment, or a mix of both), Belkins and CIENCE. Judge each on qualified lead volume, cost per qualified lead and lead quality: at CIENCE’s published $5,999 monthly base for one US SDR, 8 qualified leads a month works out to about $750 each before bonus and the one-time setup charge.

LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first. We say why below, show the scoring we used, and price the two other agencies from their own websites so you can check every figure.

How it works

How a CRM consultancy should test a lead generation agency

01

Total the monthly cost

Add fees, platform charges and any expected bonus or commission. Use the agency’s own published prices where they exist.

02

Score sample leads

Run 10 recent leads through the CRM project signal score: platform, trigger, owner, scope. Count the share scoring 3 or 4.

03

Compute cost per qualified lead

Divide the monthly cost by qualified leads only. Compare it with the expected margin per qualified lead.

04

Book and follow up

Make sure every qualified lead is booked into a call. Unworked leads cost the same and return nothing.

Price the agency per qualified lead, not per lead or per month, before you sign.

FAQ: lead generation agencies for CRM consultants in the US

What are the best lead generation agencies for CRM consultants in the US in 2026?

LeadsNow ranks first, paid through a revenue share, a fee per appointment, or a mix of both, with no-shows not charged. Belkins ranks second for omnichannel appointment programs with a consulting vertical, and CIENCE third for managed SDR teams with published prices.

How do I calculate cost per qualified lead from an agency quote?

Divide the full monthly cost (fees, platform and expected bonus) by the leads that pass your own qualification bar that month. At CIENCE’s published $5,999 base for one US SDR, 8 qualified leads is about $750 each before bonus and the one-time setup charge.

Does CAN-SPAM apply to B2B cold email sent for my consultancy?

Yes. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM compliance guide states the law makes no exception for business-to-business email, requires opt-outs to be honored within 10 business days, and sets penalties of up to $53,088 per violating email.

Should a HubSpot or Salesforce partner rely on the partner directory for leads?

Partner directories are useful context and a real source of enquiries, but you do not control their volume. Most consultancies pair them with outbound or paid demand and fast follow-up of every directory enquiry.

What counts as a qualified lead for a CRM consultancy?

Use the CRM project signal score: platform named, trigger present, owner identified and scope stated. Three or four confirmed signals is a qualified lead; two is nurture; fewer is a raw lead.

#1 LeadsNow: qualified CRM project leads, worked until they book

LeadsNow ranks first because its pricing is tied to outcomes: a revenue share of 5–25% of the revenue it generates for you, a fee per appointment, or a mix of both, set by lead volume, what you sell and its price, the type of business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel LeadsNow runs. No-shows aren’t charged, and the cost of contacting the thousands of people who never book sits with LeadsNow, not you. You fund ad spend; LeadsNow funds the team, management, testing and optimisation.

For a CRM consultancy, the gap is often not lead volume but follow-up. Partner-directory enquiries, webinar sign-ups and old proposals sit in your own CRM going cold. LeadsNow’s AI agents call, text and message each new lead within permitted calling hours, qualify it, and book it into your calendar. LeadsNow has booked 50,769+ sales appointments since 2017, and show rates vary by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on its best-performing accounts. It is rated 4.7/5 from 60 Google and Facebook reviews. The LeadsNow methodology page defines its 7x average sales lift and discloses that the median is closer to 4x. If you want the booking leg wired into HubSpot, see how to connect an AI appointment setter to HubSpot.

Who should not pick LeadsNow: a consultancy that wants a pure list-building or cold-email vendor and plans to run every conversation in-house.

Want this done for you? We book qualified sales appointments on a Pay-Per-Result basis — you only pay for calls that actually land in your calendar.

#2 Belkins: omnichannel appointment programs with a consulting vertical

Belkins is a B2B lead generation agency that runs cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling and account-based programs. Its consulting industry page says it can “secure up to 20 high-quality appointments per month” for consulting firms, and its pricing page describes “monthly retainer packages” with plans built around 30+, 100+ and 200+ yearly appointments. We did not find dollar prices on the pages we checked.

One thing a CRM consultancy should ask: Belkins lists itself as a HubSpot Partner and sells HubSpot CRM consulting among its own services. That is not a reason to rule it out, but ask how it handles campaigns for firms whose service overlaps its own.

#3 CIENCE: managed SDR teams with published prices

CIENCE provides managed SDR teams that book qualified meetings by phone, email and LinkedIn, and says it has served 2,500+ clients over 10+ years. It is a generalist, not a CRM specialist, and fits here because its pricing page is one of the few that lets you calculate cost per lead before a sales call: SDRs from $1,750 per SDR a month offshore or $3,500 in the US and Europe, a campaign team at $2,000 a month and its graph8 platform at $499 a month, plus a performance bonus and a one-time setup charge it does not price. Its own example of five offshore SDRs totals $11,249 a month before bonus.

If we can’t make you money, we don’t deserve yours.

How this ranking of CRM consultant lead generation agencies was chosen

Methodology and disclosure: LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first because it carries more of the cost risk (pay on outcomes, no-shows not charged). Other entries had to be real agencies with a live site that, on 30 October 2026, showed a B2B lead generation or appointment service relevant to consulting or technology services. We scored on three things the buyer can check: published qualified-lead or appointment volume, whether cost per lead can be estimated from published prices, and how lead quality is defined (held meeting, qualified appointment or raw lead). We left out the HubSpot Solutions Directory and Salesforce AppExchange consultant listings: they are partner marketplaces, not agencies. We deliberately chose different providers from our ranking of appointment setting agencies for CRM consultants in the US.

What a qualified lead costs a US CRM consultancy: a worked example

Cost per qualified lead is the agency’s monthly cost divided by the number of leads that pass your qualification bar in that month. The only inputs taken from a published source below are CIENCE’s US prices; the lead counts are assumptions in three bands, so replace them with your own numbers or with the agency’s quoted volume.

Cost per qualified lead at CIENCE’s published base price for one US SDR ($3,500 SDR + $2,000 campaign team + $499 platform = $5,999 a month, before performance bonus and the one-time setup charge); lead counts are assumptions
Qualified leads a month (assumption) Monthly base cost Cost per qualified lead Leads needed to cover one month at a $12,000 gross margin per won project and 25% close rate (assumption)
4 (low) $5,999 $1,500 2 (need $5,999 ÷ ($12,000 × 0.25) = 2.0 leads)
8 (mid) $5,999 $750 2
12 (high) $5,999 $500 2

The break-even column does not move with volume, because each qualified lead is worth $12,000 × 0.25 = $3,000 in expected gross margin under these assumptions. What changes is the profit: at 4 qualified leads you expect $12,000 of margin a month against $5,999 of cost, at 12 you expect $36,000. The real risk is lead quality. If only half of the “qualified” leads would pass your own bar, the mid band becomes $1,500 per real lead. LeadsNow sees booked-call costs of $30–$400, depending on industry, offer, price and many other variables.

The CRM project signal score: how to judge lead quality

A lead for a CRM consultancy is only qualified if a CRM project is likely. The CRM project signal score is a four-point check you can run on any agency’s sample leads before you sign. Score one point for each signal confirmed in the conversation, not inferred from a database.

  • Platform named: the prospect says which CRM they use or plan to use (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho or another).
  • Trigger present: a migration, renewal, merger, new sales team or failed self-implementation in the next two quarters.
  • Owner identified: the person who signs off on the project is on the call or named.
  • Scope stated: users, hubs or clouds, or integrations are described in enough detail to scope a proposal.

Treat 3 or 4 points as qualified, 2 as nurture, and 0 or 1 as a raw lead that should not be billed at a qualified-lead price. Ask each agency to show you 10 recent leads scored this way, and use the share scoring 3+ as the quality multiplier in the worked example above. Dirty CRM data also distorts the score, so see CRM data hygiene before you load old records into any campaign.

How US CRM consultancies win work, and where agencies fit

US CRM consultancies sell projects (implementation, migration, integration) and often follow them with retained admin or optimisation work. Leads arrive from three places: partner directories run by the CRM vendors, referrals from software reps, and outbound or paid demand. Project sizes vary widely by platform and scope, so we do not quote a typical figure. An agency adds most value on the third source and on follow-up of the first two. For the wider picture of how US consulting firms buy lead generation, see lead generation for consultants in the US, and for how B2B programs are built, the B2B lead generation guide. Consultancies that mainly serve software companies may also want the SaaS lead generation hub.

US email rules that apply when an agency prospects for a CRM consultancy

Cold email to business buyers is common in the US, and the CAN-SPAM Act applies to it. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM compliance guide says “the law makes no exception for business-to-business email”, that opt-outs must be honored within 10 business days, and that each email in violation can bring penalties of up to $53,088. Ask any agency sending on your behalf how it handles opt-outs and sender identification. Calls and texts carry separate federal and state rules. This is general information, not legal advice.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar - with 2 pricing models: pay-per-result, at roughly 1–5% of your closed-deal value per appointment, or a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we help you generate. Both bill on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists and no-shows. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer - nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If nobody books, or none of your meetings show, we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel - responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month - roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue - closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence - up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe.
