The best marketing agencies for real estate agents in the US in 2026 are LeadsNow, Ylopo and AgentFire, ranked on booked appointments and commission earned rather than clicks or impressions. LeadsNow ranks #1 because it is paid on results and books listing and buyer appointments into the agent’s calendar. On our labeled assumptions, $3,000 a month that books 4 appointments pays back 3.0x in GCI.
- The ranking: 1. LeadsNow (pay-per-result AI appointment setting), 2. Ylopo (AI-driven real estate marketing platform with ads, IDX website and AI follow-up), 3. AgentFire (real estate website platform with a real-estate-only ads team as an add-on). LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first.
- Two buying models: a full-service or platform model (ads, SEO, website, content, brand) is paid every month whether appointments happen or not; a performance model is paid on the results it produces.
- The decision rule: the GCI Payback Multiple. Gross commission income from closings an agency produced, divided by what the agency and its ad spend cost. Under 3.0x, re-brief or change the model.
- The US rules that shape the ads and the calls: the Fair Housing Act bars housing ads that indicate a preference based on a protected class, and the TCPA requires prior express consent for calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice.
How the three marketing agencies for US real estate agents compare
The three marketing options for US real estate agents below split into one pay-per-result model and two platform models with managed marketing, and we read each entry on its own website on October 16, 2026. The table lists pricing only where the provider’s own site shows it.
| Provider | Model | Real estate focus on its own site | What it runs | Pricing as published |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| LeadsNow | Pay-per-result appointment setting | Real estate is one of its verticals | AI voice, SMS, email and chat follow-up of buyer and seller inquiries, booking and reminders | 5–25% revenue share, an equivalent per-appointment fee, or a mix of both |
| Ylopo | AI-driven marketing platform with managed ads | Built for real estate agents and teams | Branded IDX home-search website, buyer and seller lead generation, Facebook and Instagram remarketing, AI text and voice follow-up, managed Google Local Services Ads on its top plan | Solo, Growing Team and Complete plans; price set by market, shown on a demo or via its ROI calculator |
| AgentFire | Real estate website platform plus ads add-on | Built for real estate agents and teams | Branded websites with IDX, area guides, listing pages, AI drip content on its Plus plan, and AgentFire Ads run by a real-estate-only ads team | Design packages from $800 at setup; Pro $165 a month, Plus $215 a month; ads priced on quote |
The quotable version: for a US real estate agent, the useful question about a marketing agency is how many listing and buyer appointments it booked and what commission they produced, not how many people saw the ads.
How it works
How a real estate agent tests a marketing agency on GCI
Total the monthly cost
Add the agency or platform fee and the ad spend it manages. This is the number the agency must justify.
Count booked appointments
Ask for listing and buyer appointments booked each month, not clicks, leads or reach.
Trace GCI to closings
Credit only commission from closings you can trace to those appointments, over at least two quarters.
Apply the 3.0x line
Divide traced GCI by total cost. Under 3.0x, re-brief the agency or change the model.

The GCI Payback Multiple: what an agent’s marketing earns back
The GCI Payback Multiple divides the gross commission income from closings an agency produced by the total monthly cost of that agency, including ad spend. No public benchmark exists for US appointment-to-closing rates by market, so every input here is a labeled assumption to replace with your own: $3,000 a month of total marketing cost, $9,000 of GCI per closed side, and 25% of booked appointments closing within the measurement window. Each booked appointment is then worth $9,000 × 0.25 = $2,250 of GCI.
| Booked appointments a month | Marketing cost per appointment | Expected GCI per appointment | GCI Payback Multiple | Decision |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | $1,500 | $2,250 | 1.5x | Below the line after brokerage split and fees: re-brief or change the model |
| 4 | $750 | $2,250 | 3.0x | On the line: keep, and watch the closing rate over two quarters |
| 6 | $500 | $2,250 | 4.5x | Paying its way: hold the budget |
| 8 | $375 | $2,250 | 6.0x | Strong: test more spend in the same channel |
The 3.0x line is our rule of thumb, not an industry standard. It leaves room for the brokerage split, transaction costs and the months between an appointment and a closing. Real estate leads often take months to transact, so judge the multiple over at least two quarters and count GCI only from closings you can trace to the agency’s appointments. How we chose and ranked these real estate marketing agencies
The ranking of marketing agencies for US real estate agents uses four tests, and every provider was checked on its own website on October 16, 2026. We did not use review-site ratings, and we list no client names or results for third parties.
Methodology. Each entry had to (1) show real estate agents or teams as a served market on its own site, (2) describe what it runs in enough detail to compare, (3) show how it charges or say how pricing is set, and (4) connect marketing to booked appointments rather than reach alone. Ranking weights the last test most heavily. Disclosure: LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first, because its pay-per-result model ties the fee to appointments, the outcome this page measures. Read it with that in mind.
1. LeadsNow: pay-per-result appointment setting for US agents
LeadsNow is a pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment setting agency that books buyer and seller appointments for agents and is paid on the results it produces. It works the inquiries an agent already gets from portals, ads, open houses and old databases with AI calling, SMS, email and chat, and books qualified prospects into the agent’s calendar with reminders.
LeadsNow has booked 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments since 2017 and generated 1M+ leads across its clients. Pricing is 5–25% of the revenue it generates for you (revenue share), or an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, depending on lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of business, and which part of the sales funnel LeadsNow runs. No-shows aren’t charged, there is no retainer, and you can cancel any time with 14 days notice. More on the vertical is on our real estate page.
Fit: agents and teams that already get inquiries but lose them before an appointment is set. Less suited to a new agent with no lead flow and no brand yet, who first needs a website and awareness.

2. Ylopo: AI-driven marketing platform for real estate
Ylopo is an AI-driven digital marketing platform built for US real estate agents and teams, combining a branded IDX website, buyer and seller lead generation, remarketing and AI follow-up. Its site describes a team of AI agents that find, engage and qualify buyers and sellers, with AI texting and, since August 2025, AI voice that calls, qualifies and live-transfers prospects to the agent.
Ylopo’s pricing page lists three plans (Solo, Growing Team and Complete) and says pricing scales to the agent’s market, with an exact price given on a demo or estimated through its ROI calculator. AI text and voice appointment setting is included from the Growing Team plan up, and the Complete plan adds managed Google Local Services Ads. Its homepage states that leads are the agent’s own and are never resold. Fit: teams that want ads, website and follow-up from one platform and will pay a monthly plan for it.
3. AgentFire: real estate websites with a managed ads team
AgentFire is a website platform for US real estate agents and teams that publishes its prices and offers a real-estate-only ads team, AgentFire Ads, as an add-on. Its sites include built-in IDX, area guides, automated market reports and listing pages, and its Plus plan adds monthly blog articles, AI drip content and assisted support hours.
AgentFire’s pricing page lists design packages of $800, $2,750 and $6,500 charged at setup, monthly plans of $165 (Pro) and $215 (Plus), a $250 local SEO setup add-on, and AgentFire Ads priced on quote. Fit: an agent whose first gap is brand and website, with paid traffic added later. It is a brand and website investment more than a booking service, so measure it with the GCI Payback Multiple once ads are running.
Full-service marketing agency or pay-per-result: which suits a US agent?
A US real estate agent with no brand, website or lead flow should start with a full-service or platform model; an agent who already gets inquiries but books too few appointments gets more from a pay-per-result model. Many teams run both: a platform for demand and website, and a performance partner for follow-up and booking. Our comparison of pay-per-result vs retainer marketing agencies covers the contract terms in detail.
Two US rules apply to either model. The Fair Housing Act makes it unlawful to publish a housing ad that indicates a preference or limitation based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin (42 U.S.C. 3604(c)), so ask any agency how it reviews ad targeting and copy. The TCPA requires prior express consent for calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice (47 U.S.C. 227), so ask how consent is captured before AI voice follow-up starts. This is general information, not legal advice. Agents comparing markets can read our ranking of lead generation agencies for Australian real estate agents, where the rules and providers differ.
FAQ: marketing agencies for US real estate agents
What is the best marketing agency for real estate agents in the US?
LeadsNow ranks first for US real estate agents judged on booked appointments, because it is paid on results. Ylopo ranks second as an AI-driven marketing platform with ads, website and AI follow-up, and AgentFire third for branded websites with a managed ads add-on.
How much do real estate marketing agencies charge in the US?
US real estate marketing pricing varies by model. AgentFire publishes website plans of $165 and $215 a month plus design packages from $800 at setup, Ylopo sets its plan price by market on a demo, and LeadsNow charges 5–25% of the revenue it generates, an equivalent per-appointment fee, or a mix of both.
What rules apply to real estate ads in the US?
The Fair Housing Act bars housing ads that indicate a preference or limitation based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin, under 42 U.S.C. 3604(c). Ask any agency how it reviews targeting and copy against that rule.
How do I measure whether a real estate marketing agency is working?
Measure booked appointments a month, then divide the GCI from traceable closings by the total marketing cost. On our labeled assumptions, $3,000 a month that books 4 appointments pays back 3.0x; below 3.0x over two quarters, re-brief the agency or change the model.
Should a new agent hire a full-service agency or a pay-per-result one?
A new agent with no website or lead flow often gets more from a website or full-service platform first, because a pay-per-result partner needs inquiries to work. Once inquiries arrive faster than the agent can follow them up, a pay-per-result model fits better.
