The best marketing agency for a US B2B SaaS company is the one whose spend comes back as sourced pipeline and booked revenue, not traffic. Our ranking puts LeadsNow #1 because it is paid on results, then Kalungi and SimpleTiger. On our worked assumptions, a $30,000 monthly agency budget needs $187,500 of sourced pipeline each month to pay for itself.
- The ranking: 1. LeadsNow (pay-per-result demo booking), 2. Kalungi (full-service B2B SaaS marketing team and CMO-as-a-service), 3. SimpleTiger (SaaS search, paid media and web design). LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first.
- The judging rule: the Sourced-Pipeline Floor. Monthly agency cost ÷ (win rate × gross margin) is the pipeline the agency must source every month for first-year gross profit to cover what you paid.
- What these agencies do: full-service and demand-generation work: positioning, brand, content and SEO, paid media, web and RevOps. Outbound SDR and meeting-booking firms are a different purchase, covered in our ranked list of lead generation agencies for US SaaS.
- The US rules that bite: CAN-SPAM covers B2B email nurture, and the FTC’s Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule, in effect since October 21, 2024, bans buying fake reviews.
How we ranked marketing agencies for US B2B SaaS companies
LeadsNow ranked these SaaS marketing agencies on five weighted criteria, with 35% of the score on whether the agency reports and is judged on pipeline and revenue rather than traffic or MQLs. Disclosure first: LeadsNow, a pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, that serves US clients, wrote this page and ranks itself #1. Read that as an opinion. We checked every other agency on its own live site on October 16, 2026, quote only what that site says, and no agency paid to be included.
Methodology
- Judged on pipeline and revenue (35%). Does the agency frame its work around pipeline, and can its fee be tied to booked or sourced revenue?
- SaaS-only or SaaS-first focus (25%). Does its own site say it works mainly with B2B SaaS?
- Breadth of the marketing function (20%). Positioning, brand, content, SEO, paid media, web and RevOps.
- Engagement options (10%). Full service, leadership only, or a do-it-with-you model.
- Transparency (10%). Named team, US address, what the pricing page publishes.
Why we rank ourselves first: our whole fee is tied to booked results. Where we lose: Kalungi and SimpleTiger build demand we do not build. We run no brand, website, SEO or paid-media programs. A SaaS company with no category awareness and few demo requests needs #2 or #3 first.
How it works
How to hold a SaaS marketing agency to pipeline
Add up monthly cost
Include the agency fee and the media it spends for you.
Set the pipeline floor
Divide monthly cost by win rate times gross margin. That is the pipeline it must source each month.
Agree on attribution
Write down what counts as agency-sourced pipeline before work starts.
Convert demand to demos
Make sure every demo request is reached fast, so sourced pipeline is not lost after the click.
MAKE MORE SALES.

The best marketing agencies for B2B SaaS companies in the US (2026)
The best marketing agency for a US B2B SaaS company depends on whether you are missing a marketing function, missing search demand, or missing the conversion of demand you already have.
1. LeadsNow
Best for: SaaS companies whose campaigns already produce trials, demo requests and webinar sign-ups that are not becoming held demos.
LeadsNow works the demand your marketing creates. AI voice, SMS, email and chat agents contact each lead on US hours, qualify against your criteria and book held demos into your AEs’ calendars with reminders. Since 2017 the system has booked 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and generated 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.7/5 rating from 60 Google and Facebook reviews. Show rate varies by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts. Pricing is 5–25% of the revenue we generate for you (revenue share), or an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, depending on lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of product and business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run. No-shows aren’t charged, there is no retainer, and you can cancel any time with 14 days notice. See the AI appointment setting service.
Where we lose: we do not build brand, positioning, websites, SEO or paid media, and our team is in Australia, not the US.
2. Kalungi
Best for: early and growth-stage B2B SaaS companies that need a whole marketing department, including senior leadership, without hiring it.
Kalungi’s homepage calls it a B2B SaaS marketing agency for predictable pipeline. It offers CMO-as-a-service and CMO coaching, plus execution in ABM, RevOps and HubSpot optimization, branding and design, paid media, content and SEO, and web development. Its full-service model says it replaces 10+ hires with one accountable team; Syntropy installs the same playbook with your team embedded; and T2D3 sells the playbooks so you can execute yourself. Its about page gives an address in Kirkland, Washington. Its pay-for-performance page says clients on engagements of three months or more can split the contract into fixed and variable parts, with the variable part paid out at 0% to 125% depending on quarterly OKR results. We did not see dollar prices on the pages we checked.
3. SimpleTiger
Best for: SaaS companies whose buyers research in Google and AI search before they ever request a demo.
SimpleTiger’s homepage describes a B2B SaaS marketing agency offering SEO and answer engine optimization, paid search and social, content marketing, link building, digital PR, email marketing and web design, with industry pages for fintech, martech, cybersecurity and other SaaS segments. It lists an address in Sarasota, Florida. Its pricing page says packages are customized to each client’s execution needs, offers a web design subscription at a monthly rate, and asks you to get a custom quote on a demo call.
The Sourced-Pipeline Floor: how much pipeline a SaaS agency must create
The Sourced-Pipeline Floor says a SaaS marketing agency pays for itself in first-year gross profit only if it sources at least monthly cost ÷ (win rate × gross margin) in new pipeline each month. Every input below is an assumption: win rates of 15%, 20% and 30%, and an 80% gross margin. Replace them with your own CRM and finance numbers.
| Monthly agency cost incl. media (assumption) | 15% win rate | 20% win rate | 30% win rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| $15,000 | $125,000 | $93,750 | $62,500 |
| $30,000 | $250,000 | $187,500 | $125,000 |
| $50,000 | $416,667 | $312,500 | $208,333 |
Worked example, middle cell: $30,000 ÷ (0.20 × 0.80) = $187,500. Check it backwards: $187,500 of pipeline at a 20% win rate is $37,500 of first-year ARR, and 80% of that is $30,000 of gross profit. Two things follow. Agree with the agency, before launch, how “sourced” is attributed. And give a long sales cycle time: read how long a B2B SaaS sales cycle takes before judging month three.
If we can’t make you money, we don’t deserve yours.
Pay-Per-Result pricing — performance-based alignment.
Full-service SaaS marketing agency vs pay-per-result agency
A full-service SaaS marketing agency is often paid a monthly fee to create demand, while a pay-per-result agency is paid only when demand turns into booked demos or revenue.
- Full-service first when you have no marketing leader, an unclear position in the category, or a website and content that do not explain the product.
- Search-led first when buyers compare tools on Google and in AI assistants, and you are not on the shortlist pages.
- Pay-per-result first when sign-ups and requests arrive but are reached late or not at all. Our guide to pay-per-result vs retainer marketing agencies compares the contracts.
Many SaaS companies end up with one agency creating demand and another converting it. Judge each on its own number: the Sourced-Pipeline Floor for the first, cost per held demo for the second.
US rules that affect SaaS marketing agencies
CAN-SPAM and the FTC’s review rule are the two US rules most likely to touch a SaaS marketing agency’s nurture email and review-site campaigns.
- Nurture email is covered. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM guide says the law makes no exception for business-to-business email, opt-outs must be honored within 10 business days, and hiring an agency does not transfer your responsibility.
- Reviews. The FTC’s Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule took effect on October 21, 2024. It bans writing or buying fake reviews, conditioning an incentive on a positive review, undisclosed insider reviews and review suppression. The FTC’s guidance centers on consumer reviews, so ask counsel how it applies to your B2B review campaigns, and never let an agency pay for positive ones.

What to ask a SaaS marketing agency before signing
The five questions below turn a SaaS marketing agency pitch into a number you can test against your Sourced-Pipeline Floor.
- How much sourced pipeline did your last three SaaS clients get in months four to nine, and how was “sourced” attributed?
- Which of your people work on my account, and what do they each own?
- Who owns the ad accounts, content, website and HubSpot or Salesforce configuration if we leave?
- What happens to a demo request your campaigns generate in the first hour, and who is accountable for it?
- What is the minimum term and the notice period?

FAQ
What is the best marketing agency for B2B SaaS companies in the US?
For SaaS companies with demand that is not becoming held demos, LeadsNow ranks first because it is paid on booked results. For a whole outsourced marketing department with leadership, Kalungi offers full-service and CMO-as-a-service. For search-led demand, SimpleTiger runs SEO, answer engine optimization and paid media for SaaS.
How much pipeline should a SaaS marketing agency generate?
At least its monthly cost ÷ (win rate × gross margin) each month. At $30,000 a month, a 20% win rate and an 80% gross margin, that is $187,500 of sourced pipeline. Those inputs are assumptions; use your own data.
Does CAN-SPAM apply to a SaaS company’s marketing emails?
Yes. The FTC’s compliance guide says CAN-SPAM makes no exception for business-to-business email and that opt-outs must be honored within 10 business days.
Should a SaaS company hire a full-service agency or a pay-per-result agency?
Hire full-service when you lack a marketing function or demand, and pay-per-result when demand arrives but does not become held demos. Many SaaS companies use both and judge each on its own number.
Does LeadsNow charge a monthly retainer?
No. LeadsNow charges 5–25% of the revenue it generates for you, an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both. No-shows aren’t charged, and you can cancel any time with 14 days notice.
