Best Lead Generation Agencies for Online Course Creators in the US (2026)

Best Lead Generation Agencies for Online Course Creators...: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best lead generation agency for a US online course creator depends on whether the course sells at checkout or on a call. On our Call-or-Checkout Line, a US$2,997 program can pay up to about US$84 per booked call; a US$997 course only about US$28, below the US$30 low end of typical booked-call costs.

  • The ranking: LeadsNow, Creator Scaling, The Art of Online Business, JMHQ. LeadsNow publishes this page and ranks itself first.
  • How US course creators sell: low-ticket courses and memberships sell at checkout after an email sequence, webinar or challenge; coaching-backed programs and certifications sell on an application and a sales call. Ticket size varies too widely for one honest benchmark, so price your own offer.
  • The decision rule: the Call-or-Checkout Line. Course price × show rate × close rate × acquisition share = the most you can pay per booked call. Below roughly US$1,070 (at our stated assumptions), sell at checkout, not on calls.
  • The US rule most launches touch: CAN-SPAM. The FTC says each violating email can cost up to $53,088 and opt-outs must be honored within 10 business days.
  • Channels compared: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads, webinar funnels, email and SMS nurture, human setters and closers, AI voice, SMS and DM follow-up.

How we ranked lead generation agencies for US online course creators

Disclosure first. LeadsNow, a pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency based in Australia that serves US clients, wrote this page and ranks itself #1. Read that as an opinion. We checked every other agency on its own live site on October 8, 2026, attributed every claim to that site, and say where pricing is not published. No agency paid to be included. We found three outside agencies whose own sites name course creators as their market, so the list stops at four rather than padding it with generalists.

An online course creator sells either a product (checkout) or a program (call), so the criteria weight fit to the sales motion:

  • Course-creator evidence on its own site (30%). A page, offer or client list that names course creators or online educators.
  • Fit to how the course is sold (25%). Does the agency drive checkout traffic, webinar registrations, or booked sales calls?
  • Price you can convert (20%). Can the fee be turned into a cost per enrolment or per booked call?
  • What happens after the click (15%). Follow-up, reminders and setters, not just ads.
  • Time to launch (10%). What the agency itself says about set-up time.

Where we would lose: LeadsNow books and follows up sales calls, so it does not fit a low-ticket course sold at checkout. A creator selling a US$297 course at checkout should pick one of the other three.

How it works

How a US course creator picks a lead generation agency

01

Price the offer

Write down the course price and how it sells today: checkout, webinar, application or membership.

02

Apply Call-or-Checkout Line

Multiply price by show rate, close rate and acquisition share. That is the ceiling per booked call.

03

Match the agency type

Below the line, hire an ads or webinar partner. Above it, hire someone who books and follows up calls.

04

Measure held calls

Convert every quote into cost per held call or per enrolment and review it monthly.

Course price decides whether you need traffic for a checkout or booked calls, and that decides the agency type.

The Call-or-Checkout Line: what one booked call is worth to a course creator

The Call-or-Checkout Line says an online course creator can pay, per booked sales call, no more than course price × show rate × close rate on held calls × acquisition share. No credible public benchmark covers US course-creator show or close rates, so every input is an assumption: a 70% show rate, a 20% close rate and a 20% acquisition share, which reduces to course price × 0.028. Replace them with your own CRM numbers.

Course or program price (assumption) Ceiling per booked call (price × 0.028) Compared with US$30–$400+ typical booked-call cost Sell it on
US$497 US$13.92 Below the low end Checkout, webinar or challenge
US$997 US$27.92 Below the low end Checkout or webinar
US$2,997 US$83.92 Inside the range Application and call
US$5,000 US$140.00 Inside the range Application and call
US$10,000 US$280.00 Inside the range Application and call

Worked example, middle row: US$2,997 × 0.70 × 0.20 × 0.20 = US$83.92. The break-even price is US$30 ÷ 0.028 = about US$1,070. The US$30–$400+ figure is the range we see for a booked call depending on industry, offer, price and many other variables, not a study. The quotable version: below about US$1,000, a course creator should sell at checkout; above about US$2,000, the sales call earns its cost. Our guide to calculating cost per booked call shows how to convert any agency quote into that unit.

The best lead generation agencies for online course creators in the US (2026)

#1 — LeadsNow

Best for: course creators selling a program of roughly US$2,000 or more on a call, with webinar registrants, applicants, past buyers and abandoned checkouts who were never followed up properly.

AI voice, SMS, email and DM agents contact each lead, qualify them on goal, budget and timing, and book sales calls with reminders. Since 2017 the system has booked 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and generated 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.6 rating from 43 Google reviews. Education clients we can name include Foundr, SheSells.online and Lambda Academy. Show rate varies by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts. Pricing is 5–25% of the revenue we generate for you, an equivalent pay-per-appointment fee, or a mix of both, depending on lead volume, what is being sold and its price, the type of product and business, and which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run. No-shows aren’t charged and there is no retainer. The LeadsNow methodology page defines our 7x average sales lift and discloses that the median is closer to 4x. Our lead generation for coaches page explains the service.

Where we lose: no fit for low-ticket checkout courses, where the Call-or-Checkout Line sits below the low end of booked-call costs.

#2 — Creator Scaling

Best for: coaches and course creators already doing US$20k+ a month who want a webinar funnel built and launched for them.

A done-for-you webinar funnel agency. Its homepage says it is “ONLY For Coaches & Course Creators Doing $20k+/Month” and lays out a seven-day build: pages, ad creatives and email and SMS sequences in 48 hours, the webinar deck in 4–5 days, the CRM pipeline before launch and ads live on day 7. It says it will “staff your launch with setters and closers if needed”, claims $6M+ generated for clients over 6 years (its own claim), and advertises an ROI-in-14-days guarantee; read the terms before relying on it. We did not find pricing on its site; it works by application.

#3 — The Art of Online Business

Best for: established course creators already spending on Meta ads who need a team to scale spend without cost per acquisition blowing out.

A Facebook and Instagram ads management firm run by Jamie and Kwadwo (Quayjo) Sampany-Kessie, whose site also carries a podcast. Its homepage offers “Done-for-you & Done-with-You Facebook Ads Management Services For Established Online Course Creators” and describes its fit as creators spending $6,000–$10,000 a month on ads, or businesses grossing over $700,000 a year. It reports 86+ done-for-you ads clients and $3,520,512+ of client ad spend managed (its own figures). We did not find pricing on its site.

#4 — JMHQ

Best for: smaller course creators who want agency-grade Meta ads help without a full agency retainer.

Jackie Muscat’s Meta ads agency. Its homepage is written “For coaches and course creators” and offers both full-service ad management and a lighter product, Agency in Your Pocket®, which its homepage prices at US$999 for the first 90 days, then US$297 a month, and its Circle product listing describes as “Meta ads agency support for course creators”. Full-service ad management is listed from US$2,500 a month. Like #3, it is an ads partner.

How US online course creators actually sell

A US online course creator uses one of four sales motions, and the motion decides which agency type fits. Checkout: a sales page and an email sequence, usually for self-paced courses; the agency’s job is cheap traffic. Webinar or challenge: a live or evergreen event that ends in an offer; the job is registrations and show-up. Application and call: a form, then a sales call for a coaching-backed program or certification; the job is booking and follow-up. Membership: recurring access, where retention matters more than the first sale. Our page on webinars that don’t convert to sales covers the handoff from event to call. Prices range from tens of dollars to five figures, so we give no “typical” ticket; use your own price in the table above.

What a course creator should ask a lead generation agency before signing

  1. Which of the four motions have you run for a course creator, and at what price point?
  2. What unit do you report: clicks, leads, registrations, booked calls, held calls or enrolments? Ask for cost per held call or per enrolment.
  3. Who follows up with webinar no-shows and abandoned checkouts, and within how many minutes?
  4. Whose email domain, ad account and phone numbers are used, and what happens to them if you part ways?
  5. How do you handle consent for texts and calls, given the TCPA and FCC rules on automated calls and texts? Get the opt-in wording reviewed.
  6. What is the notice period, and is there a minimum term?

Which agency fits which US course creator

  • Course under about US$1,000, sold at checkout: JMHQ if budget is tight, The Art of Online Business once ad spend passes about US$6,000 a month.
  • Doing US$20k+ a month and no webinar yet: Creator Scaling.
  • Program of US$2,000+ sold on a call, with a list of registrants, applicants or past buyers: LeadsNow. Our course launch page covers launches and evergreen funnels, and the Australian course creator agency list covers that market.
  • Calls are booked but people don’t turn up: fix reminders first; see why booked high-ticket calls don’t show.

Frequently asked questions about lead generation agencies for online course creators

What is the best lead generation agency for an online course creator in the US?

It depends on how the course is sold. For programs priced high enough to sell on a call, LeadsNow ranks itself first because it books and follows up the calls on a pay-per-result basis. Creator Scaling suits creators already doing $20k+ a month who want a webinar funnel built, and The Art of Online Business and JMHQ suit creators whose main need is Meta ads management.

How much can an online course creator afford to pay per booked call?

Use the Call-or-Checkout Line: course price × show rate × close rate on held calls × the share of revenue you will spend on acquisition. At a 70% show rate, a 20% close rate and a 20% acquisition share, a US$2,997 program supports about US$84 per booked call and a US$997 course about US$28. Replace the assumptions with your own numbers.

Do US email rules apply to course launch and webinar emails?

Yes. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM compliance guide says each separate email in violation is subject to penalties of up to $53,088, that opt-out requests must be honored within 10 business days, and that the law makes no exception for business-to-business email. Hiring an agency does not move that responsibility off your business. This is general information, not legal advice.

Should a course creator pay an agency a retainer or per result?

A retainer suits work you can judge without a sales outcome, such as building ads, creative or a webinar funnel. Pay-per-result suits booking and follow-up, where the outcome is a held call you can count. LeadsNow charges 5–25% of the revenue it generates, an equivalent fee per appointment, or a mix of both, depending on lead volume, what is sold and its price, the type of business and which part of the funnel it runs.

When does a course creator not need a lead generation agency?

When the course sells at checkout for less than about US$1,000 and the email list already converts launches profitably. At that price the Call-or-Checkout Line usually sits below the US$30 low end of typical booked-call costs, so better ads, a better webinar or a tighter email sequence will return more than booked calls.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar — priced as a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we generate for you, a fee per appointment that shows up, or any mix of the two. Every option bills on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists, no-shows, and contacting the thousands of people who never book. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer — nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If our ads miss, if our reminders fail, if our no-show recovery doesn’t fire — we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel — responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month — roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue — closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence — up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe.
