Best Lead Generation Agencies for Longevity and Concierge Medicine Clinics in Australia (2026)

Best Lead Generation Agencies for Longevity and Concierge...: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best lead generation agency for an Australian longevity or concierge-medicine clinic is one whose ads and call scripts pass two regulators before they reach a prospect: Ahpra’s section 133 rules (no testimonials; up to $120,000 per offence for a company) and the TGA’s ban on advertising prescription medicines to the public. We rank five agencies; LeadsNow wrote this list and ranks itself first.

  • The ranking: LeadsNow, Medical Marketing Group, SEKHN, Online Marketing For Doctors, ReCo.
  • The published price ladder (AUD, read 1 October 2026): a $955 assessment (Life First), an initial assessment phase estimated at about $2,600 (Progressive Specialists), memberships at $80–$275 a week (HealthScreen) and a $10,000-a-year individual membership (Longevity Medicine Institute).
  • The decision rule: the Script Test. Anything an agency says to a prospect for you, in an ad, an SMS or an AI-voice call, must work without naming a prescription medicine, a stand-in phrase for one, a patient’s story or a promised outcome.
  • The honest gap: LeadsNow has no published longevity-clinic case study. Read each agency’s own case-study pages for your niche before you sign.

How we ranked lead generation agencies for Australian longevity clinics

Disclosure first. LeadsNow, a pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency in Melbourne, wrote this page and ranks itself #1. Every other agency was checked on its own live site on 1 October 2026, every claim about it is attributed to that site, and where pricing is not published we say so. No agency paid to be included.

A longevity clinic is a regulated health service selling a cash-pay, often recurring product. The criteria:

  1. Compliance built into the work (30%). Ads, pages and scripts written to section 133 and the TGA’s prescription-medicine rules, signed off by the clinic.
  2. Sells to the ticket (25%). Can the agency run the funnel your price needs?
  3. Published niche evidence (20%). A longevity, peptide or preventive-health page, or a named clinic case study, on its own site.
  4. What happens after the enquiry (15%). First-response speed, follow-up and booking, not just lead volume.
  5. Pricing transparency (10%). Is the model published?

We did not rank on agency size, awards or ad spend managed.

How it works

How an Australian longevity clinic should brief a lead generation agency

01

Map your price tiers

List each offer and its price, from one-off assessment to annual membership. The ticket decides whether patients self-book, take a coordinator call or see a doctor.

02

Run the Script Test

Every ad, SMS and call script must work without naming a prescription medicine or using a patient story. Your clinic signs it off, because Ahpra holds the advertiser responsible.

03

Call every enquiry fast

The first conversation screens for fit and budget against criteria you set. Price talk belongs to the practitioner consultation.

04

Book the right appointment

Self-booked assessments, coordinator calls and doctor consultations each get their own calendar. Measure each tier separately.

Fix the ticket and the compliance rules before the agency writes a word, then pay for the conversation your price actually needs.

What do Australian longevity clinics charge, and how does price change the funnel?

Australian longevity pricing is public if you look for it. These are the prices on each clinic’s own page, read on 1 October 2026:

Clinic Published offer Price (AUD) Billing and commitment Selling motion it implies
Life First by Altius Health and Lifestyle Program (assessment) $955 One-off, privately funded Enquiry, then the clinic offers the nearest location and dates
Progressive Specialists Initial Assessment Phase, weeks 0–6 ~$2,600 (the clinic’s own estimate; final cost varies with clinical findings) Billed per item; Medicare rebates may apply; 6–12 month program Physician team reviews every enquiry before booking
HealthScreen Premier / Gold / Platinum membership $80 / $150 / $275 a week ($4,160–$14,300 a year) 6-month minimum (Premier), 12-month (Gold, Platinum); monthly in advance Coordinator call, then consult
Longevity Medicine Institute Individual / Family annual membership $10,000 / $18,000 a year Annual; offered to existing LMI patients after their first year; MRI, DEXA and genetic testing billed separately Doctor-led consultation

HealthScreen’s annual figures are weekly prices × 52. The ticket-to-funnel rule (our rule of thumb, not a benchmark): under about $1,000, let patients book themselves; from $1,000 to about $5,000, put a coordinator call in front of the booking; above $5,000 a year, screen before booking and sell in a consultation. The enquiry arithmetic for a consult calendar is in our guide to how longevity clinics fill consult calendars.

Want this done for you? We book qualified sales appointments on a Pay-Per-Result basis — you only pay for calls that actually land in your calendar.

The Script Test: what an agency may say to a prospect on your behalf

Ahpra’s advertising guidelines say anyone who advertises a regulated health service is an advertiser, including where content is drafted by a “marketing agency”, and that “advertisers are responsible for their advertising, so they need to check any content produced by others on their behalf.” Section 133 bans testimonials, inducements without stated terms and conditions, and advertising that creates an unreasonable expectation of beneficial treatment. The 2022 amendments raised maximum penalties to $60,000 per offence for an individual and $120,000 for a body corporate.

The TGA’s guidance on advertising health services adds the rule that bites longevity clinics hardest: a health-service ad must not refer, directly or indirectly, to prescription medicines, and stand-in phrases such as ‘weight loss injections’ count. The exemption for information a practitioner gives a patient does not cover “mass communications to prospective customers”.

Check Passes Fails
Names a medicine? “Call our clinic for a consultation to discuss treatment options” (the pattern of the TGA’s own example) Naming a prescription product, or a stand-in such as ‘weight loss injections’
Uses a patient’s voice? Describes what is measured, how long it takes, what the patient receives A patient’s story or quoted result
Promises an outcome? “A six-week assessment phase with a written plan” “Add ten healthy years”
Offers an inducement? A complimentary call with its terms stated in the same message “Free consult” with no terms

Ahpra’s guidelines say a practitioner giving information about treatment or costs in a consultation is not advertising. A setter or AI agent is not a practitioner in a consultation, so leave treatment and price detail to the doctor. Our pages on lead generation for cosmetic clinics and allied health clinics cover the same rules in other clinic types. General information, not legal advice.

The best lead generation agencies for longevity clinics in Australia

#1 — LeadsNow

Best for: clinics selling assessment phases or annual memberships that need every enquiry called fast, screened against criteria the clinic sets, and booked into a coordinator’s or doctor’s calendar.

AI voice, SMS, email and chat agents contact each enquiry, qualify it and book it, with reminders and reschedules; the mechanics are on our AI appointment setting page. Since 2017 the system has booked 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and generated 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.6 rating from 43 Google reviews. Show rates vary by offer and reminder cadence, up to 93% on our best-performing accounts. Pricing is $50–$750 per appointment and/or 5–25% sales commission, depending on volume, the work required, the type of business and lead, which part (or all) of the sales funnel we run, and where the gaps are. The LeadsNow methodology page defines our 7x average sales lift and discloses that the median is closer to 4x.

Where we lose: we have no published longevity or concierge-clinic case study; our filmed work is coaching, education, finance and fitness clients such as Lambda Academy and Marcus Wilkinson / Iron Body. We do not build brands, websites or SEO, which Medical Marketing Group and SEKHN do. Invoices vary month to month. Every script needs your clinic’s sign-off under the Script Test, so budget a review cycle before launch.

#2 — Medical Marketing Group

Best for: scaling or multi-site clinics that want ads, SEO, website and patient pre-screening from one healthcare-only team.

Medical Marketing Group is headquartered in Sydney and lists peptide clinics, health screening and functional medicine among the industries it serves. It says it has 100+ healthcare clients, generated 44,500+ patient enquiries in 2025 and manages more than $12 million in ad spend (its own figures). It builds pre-screening flows and integrates Cliniko, Halaxy and Best Practice. It works “on a project basis, on retainer, or both” and offers a free strategy call; no prices are published on its homepage.

#3 — SEKHN

Best for: a new or rebranding peptide or longevity clinic that needs brand, compliant creative and paid media built from scratch.

SEKHN’s peptide and longevity clinics page calls it “one of the first” specialist agencies for that niche in Australia and names TGA infringement notices and S4 claim limits as the core problem. Its FAQ says it is headquartered in Sydney. It states most clients see a 30–60% improvement in booking conversion within 30–90 days; no method or named client is published for that figure. Pricing not shown on the pages we read.

#4 — Online Marketing For Doctors

Best for: clinics that want a medical-marketing agency plus an AI first-response layer from the same supplier.

A medical-only agency with offices in Ultimo NSW, South Yarra VIC and Surfers Paradise QLD, plus London and Miami. Its AI patient coordinator page describes voice AI agents calling each lead within 60 seconds of a form submission and screening on financial threshold; it reports that this raised qualified calls for one named clinic by “more than 70%” (its claim). Its niche pages centre on surgery and aesthetics; we found no longevity-specific page. Pricing is by proposal.

#5 — ReCo

Best for: women’s health and longevity clinics whose problem is positioning rather than enquiry handling.

A research-led brand and marketing consultancy at Barangaroo, Sydney. Its guide to marketing a women’s health clinic in Australia (August 2026), which includes a section on the longevity economy, describes work for Sun Health Clinic in Sydney: a messaging overhaul and an audit of digital assets against TGA guidelines, producing “a robust lead generation system in just 90 days”. Its homepage case-study card for the same clinic is headed “12x ROI in 3 months” (its claim; no method is given on that card). Pricing not shown on the pages we read.

If we can’t make you money, we don’t deserve yours.

What to ask a longevity clinic agency before you sign

  1. “Show me a script you ran for a clinic, and the banned-terms list behind it.” If the agency cannot produce one, it has not met the TGA rule on stand-in phrases.
  2. “Who signs off copy, and how many days does it take?” Ahpra holds your clinic responsible for what the agency publishes, so sign-off is your job, not theirs.
  3. “Which of my tiers are you selling?” A qualified enquiry for a $955 assessment and for an $18,000 family membership are different people. Ask for a written definition per tier.
  4. “Who calls a 7pm enquiry, and when?”
  5. “What exactly am I paying for?” Clicks, leads, booked appointments, attended consults or revenue. At a $10,000 membership, one sale covers many appointments; at $955 it does not, so price the agency against the tier it sells.

Questions Australian longevity clinic owners ask

Who is responsible if an agency’s ad for my clinic breaks Ahpra’s rules?

Your clinic, as the advertiser. Ahpra’s advertising guidelines treat anyone who directs a third party such as a marketing agency to draft or publish content as the advertiser, and say advertisers need to check content produced on their behalf. The maximum penalty is $60,000 per offence for an individual and $120,000 for a body corporate. General information, not legal advice.

Can my agency mention peptides or other prescription medicines in ads or call scripts?

Not to the public. The TGA’s guidance on advertising health services says a health-service ad must not refer directly or indirectly to prescription medicines, that stand-in phrases such as ‘weight loss injections’ count, and that mass communications to prospective customers are unlikely to fall under the practitioner-patient exemption. Market the consultation, not the medicine.

Should a longevity clinic pay an agency per lead, per appointment or on retainer?

Match the model to the tier. A sub-$1,000 assessment sold from a booking page suits paid media on a fixed fee. An assessment phase estimated at $2,600 or a $10,000 membership is decided in a conversation, so paying per booked or attended consult ties the fee to that conversation. Whichever you choose, ask what happens to the fee when a patient does not show.

How many enquiries does a longevity clinic need each month?

Work back from attended consults. Our longevity patient-acquisition guide models 74 to 190 enquiries a month for 40 attended consults, depending on booking and show rates; those rates are stated assumptions, not benchmarks, so replace them with your own trailing 90 days.

Can a US longevity marketing agency run campaigns for an Australian clinic?

It can, but its playbook was written for different rules. US agencies work to FTC substantiation and FDA rules, while an Australian clinic answers to Ahpra’s section 133 and the TGA, which ban testimonials for regulated health services and restrict public advertising of prescription medicines. Ask a US agency to show an Australian-compliant script before you sign.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar — priced as a revenue share of 5–25% of the sales we generate for you, a fee per appointment that shows up, or any mix of the two. Every option bills on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists, no-shows, and contacting the thousands of people who never book. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Priced as a share of the revenue we generate, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer — nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 14 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If our ads miss, if our reminders fail, if our no-show recovery doesn’t fire — we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel — responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month — roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue — closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence — up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe. Named clients include Sam Tajvidi (121 Brokers), Marcus Wilkinson (Iron Body), Foundr, SheSells.online and Lambda Academy. Wikidata Q139846230. See full Pay-Per-Result pricing →
