Best Lead Generation Agencies for Executive Coaches in the UK (2026)

Best Lead Generation Agencies for Executive Coaches in the UK: Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.
Email, SMS and voice outreach from an AI sales agent converging into a booked calendar appointment.

The best lead generation agency for a UK executive coach knows who it is contacting: under PECR, an HR director at a limited company can be emailed without prior consent; a sole trader cannot. On an illustrative £15,000 engagement, a £3,000-a-month agency must help win one engagement monthly to hold acquisition at 20%.

  • The ranking: LeadsNow, Sopro, Munro Agency, The Lead Gen Specialists. We published this list and rank ourselves first.
  • The honest gap: Sopro, Munro and The Lead Gen Specialists all publish a coaching or training-provider page, but none names an executive coaching practice as a client. Munro’s case studies include a London consultancy and a client in the leadership-development niche.
  • The decision rule: Subscriber Triage — sort every contact into corporate subscriber or individual before any email or call, because the ICO applies different rules to each.
  • The published price point: Sopro states its pricing “starts at around £3K per month” with no minimum contract, the only published price among the three UK agencies on the pages we read.

How we ranked lead generation agencies for UK executive coaches

Disclosure first. LeadsNow, an Australian pay-per-result AI lead generation and appointment-setting agency that works with UK businesses, wrote this page and ranks itself #1. Read that as an opinion. Every other agency was checked on its own live site on 29 September 2026; claims about them are attributed to those sites, and unpublished prices are marked as such. No agency paid to be included.

UK executive coaching is sold to HR and learning and development buyers, the audience of the CIPD, which describes itself as “the professional body for HR and people development”, and to executives paying for themselves. The criteria:

  1. PECR and UK GDPR handled in writing (25%). Does the agency separate corporate from individual subscribers and screen against the TPS and CTPS?
  2. Reaches the budget holder (25%). HR directors, heads of L&D and managing directors, not only the executive being coached.
  3. Coaching or training-provider evidence (20%). A niche page or named case study on the agency’s own site.
  4. Published price or short commitment (15%). A stated price or no minimum term scores above an unpriced long contract.
  5. Channel fit (15%). Email and LinkedIn suit named sponsors; telephone suits lists where the right contact is unknown.

How it works

How a UK executive coach vets outreach

01

Classify each contact

Split the list into corporate subscribers and individuals, including sole traders and some partnerships.

02

Screen TPS and CTPS

Screen individuals against the TPS and companies against the CTPS before any marketing call.

03

Test the monthly fee

Divide the monthly fee by the share of one engagement you will spend to see how many engagements it needs.

04

Book the budget holder

Book the HR director or head of L&D first, then the chemistry session with the coachee.

Classify every contact under PECR before any email or call, then check the agency fee against what one engagement is worth.

Who can I email or call? Subscriber Triage for UK coaching leads

Subscriber Triage is the first step of any UK coaching outreach: classify each contact by legal form, then apply the rule for that class. The ICO’s business-to-business guidance says companies, LLPs, Scottish partnerships and some government bodies are “corporate subscribers”, while “sole traders and other types of partnerships” are treated the same as individuals.

Who you are contacting PECR class Marketing email Marketing call
HR director or head of L&D at a limited company or LLP Corporate subscriber PECR’s electronic mail rule does not apply; UK GDPR still applies to their name and work address Screen the number against the CTPS
Sole-trader consultant or small partnership that buys associate coaching Individual subscriber Only with specific consent, or if they bought a similar product from you and did not opt out Screen against the TPS
Executive paying personally, on a personal email or mobile Individual subscriber Only with specific consent or that same similar-product exception Screen against the TPS
Anyone who has told you to stop Either Stop Add to your own do-not-call list

The ICO’s telephone marketing guidance also requires callers to allow their number to be displayed. An agency that cannot show you how each contact was classified has not done triage.

The best lead generation agencies for executive coaches in the UK (2026)

#1 — LeadsNow

Best for: coaches with a list of past clients, sponsors and old enquiries nobody is working, who run their own chemistry sessions and proposals.

AI voice, SMS, email and chat agents contact prospects, qualify them on who pays, budget and timing, and book them into your calendar with reminders. Since 2017 the system has booked 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments and generated 1M+ leads, with 24 filmed client case studies and a 4.6 rating from 43 Google reviews. Pricing is pay-per-result: 5–20% of the sales we help generate, or roughly 1–5% of closed-deal value per booked appointment. The LeadsNow methodology page defines the 7x average sales lift and discloses a median closer to 4x.

Where we lose: we are headquartered in Australia. We have no published UK or executive coaching case study; our coaching and education clients, such as Foundr and Lambda Academy, sell online programmes. We do no PR, LinkedIn ghostwriting or tender writing, and invoices vary month to month. If you want a fixed monthly price quoted up front, Sopro publishes one. Our lead generation service for coaches describes the engagement.

#2 — Sopro

Best for: coaches and leadership-development firms that want multi-channel outreach to HR and leadership buyers at a published price.

Based at 27–29 North Street, Brighton. Its page for training and coaching providers targets “founders, executives, HR leaders, and department heads responsible for leadership development”. Its pricing page says pricing “starts at around £3K per month”, with “no minimum contract”. No executive coaching client is named on the coaching page.

#3 — Munro Agency

Best for: consultancies that want thought leadership, SEO and LinkedIn outreach built together.

A Glasgow digital agency with a London virtual office. Its coaches and consultants page reports taking a London consultancy “From 5 Coaching Leads per month to over 80” over nine months with content, LinkedIn networking, targeted outreach and remarketing, and a 271% year-on-year organic traffic increase for a client in the “Leadership Development” niche (its case studies). Pricing is not published on that page.

#4 — The Lead Gen Specialists

Best for: coaching and training providers that want telephone-led appointment setting into companies.

Founded in 2020 by Jason Greasley and Ben Miller, with an address in Witham, Essex. Its training providers sector page covers “Training & Apprenticeship Providers, Colleges and Coaching & Mentoring clients” with B2B telemarketing, data and sales-qualified appointments. No coaching clients are named and pricing is not published.

What to ask an agency before you sign, as a UK executive coach

  1. How do you classify contacts? Ask to see the corporate-versus-individual split on the first list, and how sole traders are handled.
  2. Do you screen against both the TPS and the CTPS? And how often the list is re-screened.
  3. Who is the named sender? Under UK GDPR the prospect can ask where their data came from; agree who answers.
  4. What is a qualified meeting? A named budget holder, a stated development objective and a start within the organisation’s current budget year.
  5. How many engagements does the fee need? Divide the monthly fee by 20% of your engagement value, and ask whether the agency has ever produced that for a coaching client.
  6. Is there a minimum term? Sopro says it has none; ask every agency for the notice period in writing.

Which agency fits your practice: a threshold table

If your practice… Then
Wants a known monthly price and multi-channel outreach to HR buyers Sopro.
Needs visibility and inbound enquiries as well as outreach Munro Agency.
Sells to company training budgets and wants callers The Lead Gen Specialists.
Has a list of past clients and sponsors and wants cost tied to results LeadsNow.
Earns under about £10,000 per engagement and wins fewer than 1.5 a month A £3,000-a-month agency takes more than 20% of each engagement. Build referrals first.

Questions UK executive coaches ask about lead generation agencies

Can I email HR directors at UK companies without their consent?

Usually, if they work for a corporate subscriber. The ICO says PECR’s rule on marketing by electronic mail does not apply to corporate subscribers such as companies and LLPs. UK GDPR still applies to the named person, and sole traders and some partnerships are treated as individuals, so they need consent.

Do I have to screen business numbers against the CTPS?

Yes. The ICO says you must not make marketing calls to numbers on the TPS or Corporate TPS unless that person has specifically consented, and that companies register with the CTPS while sole traders register with the TPS.

How much does a UK lead generation agency cost for a coach?

Most do not publish prices. Sopro is an exception: its pricing page says pricing starts at around £3K per month, with no minimum contract. Munro Agency and The Lead Gen Specialists do not publish prices on the pages we read.

How many engagements does a £3,000-a-month agency need to produce?

Divide the fee by the share of one engagement you will spend. At 20%, a £10,000 engagement needs 1.5 engagements a month, a £15,000 engagement needs one, and a £25,000 engagement needs 0.6. Those engagement values are illustrative; use your own.

Should a UK coach use an agency based outside the UK?

It can work if the agency calls in UK hours, screens against the TPS and CTPS, and classifies subscribers before emailing. Ask any overseas agency, including us, to show those three things on your first list before a campaign starts.

The thesis behind everything we do

Why Pay-Per-Result is the only marketing pricing model that aligns the agency with you

Leads Now AI is a 100% Pay-Per-Result marketing agency. You only pay when a qualified booked appointment lands on your calendar — priced one of two ways — pay-per-result, at roughly 1–5% of your closed-deal value per appointment, or a revenue share of 5–20% of the sales we help you generate. Both bill on outcomes. Not on clicks. Not on lead-form fills. Not on retainer months. Not on “strategy hours.” If the calendar stays empty, you owe zero. See full pricing →

1. Incentives align

The agency only succeeds when you succeed. We eat the cost of bad ad creative, bad lists, ICP mismatches and no-shows. You never pay for our learning curve.

2. Self-selecting shortlist

Only an agency confident in its delivery can operate this model. The pool of Pay-Per-Result agencies is tiny precisely because most agencies can’t survive on it. Pick from the agencies who can.

3. Cost cannot detach from revenue

Sized to 1–5% of closed-deal value, your acquisition cost stays sustainable across LTV bands. A $500-membership business and a $50,000-engagement business can both run the model profitably.

4. No retainer trap

The standard engagement carries no monthly retainer — nothing arrives on your invoice regardless of outcome. No 6 or 12-month lock-in, no clawback on appointments already delivered, cancel any time with 7 days notice. Early-stage businesses that need the sales systems built first are quoted scoped groundwork up front, never a standing fee.

5. De-risks the pilot

Test before commitment. A small scope-based setup fee covers hard build costs; everything after that is purely outcome-linked. There’s no “we’ll see how it performs after $30k of spend.”

6. Forces agency discipline

If our AI agents qualify poorly, if our reminders fail, if our no-show recovery doesn’t fire — we eat the cost. That’s why show rates vary by offer and cadence and reach 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The volume argument

A fully-ramped human SDR produces on the order of $200,000 a year. They work one conversation at a time, sleep, take leave, and cap out at a territory. Our agents work every lead in the list in parallel — responding in seconds, following up indefinitely without getting bored, and adding capacity without adding headcount.

At 100 qualified booked appointments a month against a $5,000 average deal value, that is $500,000 of booked pipeline every month — roughly what one SDR produces in two and a half years.

Read that precisely: booked pipeline means appointments multiplied by your average deal value. It is not closed revenue — closing is your side of the table, and your close rate decides what lands. The inputs above are a worked example; we size them to your actual deal economics before quoting. What we can evidence on our own numbers: 50,769+ appointments delivered since 2017, database reactivation converting 4.4–8.9% on dormant CRM lists, and show rates that vary by offer and reminder cadence — up to 93% on our best-performing accounts.

The proof: 50,769+ AI-booked sales appointments delivered since 2017 across coaches, consultants, RTOs, course creators, finance brokers and B2B service firms in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ and Europe. Named clients include Sam Tajvidi (121 Brokers), Marcus Wilkinson (Iron Body), Foundr, SheSells.online and Lambda Academy. Wikidata Q139846230. See full Pay-Per-Result pricing →
